Charming little house in Dublin City Centre. This is our main home, renovated in 2011. It is a redbrick terraced house in the Christchurch area with every convenience in the locality. The house was built by The Dublin Artisan Trading Company in the early 1900's.
One of our other listings - Best location in Dublin City Centre - has photographs of the house.
There are two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, showerroom and large living/dining area. There is also a decked roof terrace on the first floor.
The house is fully insulated, there is underfloor heating downstairs. There is a large working cast iron fireplace in the livingroom. The decor is contemporary and bright, with some period touches.
All of Dublin is at your feet when staying here. The street is really quiet, yet you are minutes from Dame Street. There are numerous lovely cafes (including Cafe Noto, Fumbally and Queen of Tarts) nearby, as well as pubs (Porterhouse Parliament Street, Fallons, The Bull and Castle) and restaurants, theatres and cultural attractions.

Daragh was a fantastic host. He took the time to direct us to some really great, lesser known, spots in Dublin. Really liked the flat and neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious 2 bedroom near the center.
Daragh is a perfect host, and we enjoyed our stay in his lovely Dublin home so much. The house is well equipped and centrally located, and we felt right at home. Daragh met us and gave terrific recommendations for our Dublin visit. I highly recommend this host!
Great flat, ideal location, much as described. Daragh is an extremely forthcoming and generous guy - he made a number of suggestions and recommendations, all those we followed turned out to be very useful and enjoyable. Recommended!
Daragh's home is exactly as advertised. It is well appointed and so well located that a car is definitely not needed. Daragh was not able to meet us upon check in, but arranged for his father to meet us. His Dad spent quite a bit of time with us explaining various attractions in Dublin! Loved the entire experience. Thanks Daragh!

Me and three friends spend three wonderful days in Daraghs house in Dublin. It is very cosy, clean and offers all the things you need. It is very central located and all point of interest can be reached within walking distance. Daragh was a very friendly host, gave us lots of good tips where to go and was always avaible when we needed him. It's the perfect place to stay in Dublin!!!
Daragh was a great host, I decided to go to dublin at the very last minute and did not think I would have had the time to get in contact with anyone via AirBnb but Daragh was very responsive and we manage to sort everything out in just a few hours.
Upon my arival Daragh provided we with planty of directions and tips on were to go in dublin, it really makes a diffrence having the locals tell you about the good places :).
This was my first stay with airbnb but based on the expirience I will definetly do it again. And yes dublin is great fun ;)
Fantastic place. Great central location, only 10 mins walk to pretty much everything in Dublin. Nice quiet area too.
Daragh bent over backwards to ensure we were welcomed, offering a bottle of wine when we arrived and a pint of milk in the fridge!
I have nothing negative to say about this stay! Brilliant host and brilliant accommodation.
Daragh has a very nice house in a central but still quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed staying at his place and meeting Daragh during the check-in.
The map he made for us with all the sights around Dublin (and the places to have dinner and some pints) I will keep for all my future trips to Dublin.
I can recommend staying with Daragh! We had a good time!
