This listing is for Easter and Summer 2013.
This is the same location as our other listing - Perfect Location in Dublin City Centre - but is for the whole house. There are more photographs on that listing.
Charming little house in Dublin City Centre. This is our main home, renovated in 2011. It is a redbrick terraced house in the Christchurch area with every convenience in the locality. The house was built by The Dublin Artisan Trading Company in the early 1900's.
One of our other listings - Best location in Dublin City Centre - has photographs of the house.
There are two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, showerroom and large living/dining area. There is also a decked roof terrace on the first floor.
The house is fully insulated, there is underfloor heating downstairs. There is a large working cast iron fireplace in the livingroom. The decor is contemporary and bright, with some period touches.
All of Dublin is at your feet when staying here. The street is really quiet, yet you are minutes from Dame Street. There are numerous lovely cafes (including Cafe Noto, Fumbally and Queen of Tarts) nearby, as well as pubs (Porterhouse Parliament Street, Fallons, The Bull and Castle) and restaurants, theatres and cultural attractions.
You are welcome to help yourself to books, magazines, and of course our well-stocked bar!
The kitchen has oven, grill/microwave, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, Gaggia coffee machine etc.
There are numerous buses that pass nearby. Heuston Station is 10/15 minutes walk away (services Galway, Cork etc.)
Kitchen: granite countertop. Gaggia Baby coffee machine with froth function. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Neff oven 1. Neff oven 2, with microwave and grill function. Glass induction hob. Neff fridge-freezer. Full stock of utensils and cooking equipment.

We loved the house! It is perfectly located so you can explore Dublin by walking everywhere. There are Shops and everything else close by. The house is not missing anything and the roof top is just fabulous!
The four of us spent a long weekend (5 days) in Dublin/Daragh's place and found everything as described. The place is very well located, it is clean and completely equipped (e.g. did we use the kitchen twice a day and did not miss anything). Daragh was a great host, providing us with a lot of valuable information and really caring about our comfort. Communication in preparation of and during the stay was always easy, accurate and quick. We enjoyed the trip a lot.
Thanks for a very hospitable experience, m.
A lovely little house, very typical for Dublin - nicely and respectfully renovated. Although located in the city centre we slept like in a village.
Unfortunately we missed Daragh but Miguel was there, helped us with the keys and introduced us to the house, everything was easy going and reliable.
Definetly recommended! We would love to come again.

Delightful little house in a perfect location around the corner from Christ Church and St. Paul's Cathedral. Daragh was a wonderful host who met us at the house and made sure that we had the lay of the land. It was perfect for our small family!
Daragh was a fantastic host. He took the time to direct us to some really great, lesser known, spots in Dublin. Really liked the flat and neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious 2 bedroom near the center.
Daragh is a perfect host, and we enjoyed our stay in his lovely Dublin home so much. The house is well equipped and centrally located, and we felt right at home. Daragh met us and gave terrific recommendations for our Dublin visit. I highly recommend this host!
Great flat, ideal location, much as described. Daragh is an extremely forthcoming and generous guy - he made a number of suggestions and recommendations, all those we followed turned out to be very useful and enjoyable. Recommended!
This is the perfect place to stay in Dublin. The central location is spot-on, the gorgeous apartment is clean and cosy, Daragh is the ideal host offering warm welcome, plenty of local recommendations and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended.
Daragh's home is exactly as advertised. It is well appointed and so well located that a car is definitely not needed. Daragh was not able to meet us upon check in, but arranged for his father to meet us. His Dad spent quite a bit of time with us explaining various attractions in Dublin! Loved the entire experience. Thanks Daragh!
