Enjoy a modern experience at this centrally-located loft, marked Unit 1. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the amazing features of downtown living. This loft sits atop an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar in the evenings during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.
The space
After parking behind the building in your designated spot, you'll walk in through the wooden gate and be in an enclosed courtyard. There is a boxcar Airbnb to your left, and stairs leading up to the other two units just beyond that. If the event venue has an event in process, you might encounter guests on your way up to your unit, although this won't be a common occurrence.
PLEASE NOTE:
-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

Please note!!! We only have room for ONE vehicle per unit. Please plan accordingly.
You will be given one parking pass when you check in, please place in the front window of your vehicle. Any cars without a parking pass will be towed at the owners expense.
Failure to return pass after checkout will result in an additional $20 charge.
Please note: this property has a steamer, rather than your traditional iron and board.

Our closest recognizable neighbor is Intrust Bank Arena, and we are just a couple blocks away from some vibin' locally owned restaurants, a plant shop, and breweries. Our brand new event venue below the loft hosts small gatherings, and we have a large industrial event venue across the street.
