Our family had the best time staying at this cabin. We made a lot of memories there was a lot to do. We went to Dollywood rode mountain coasters. Went off Roading and also went horseback riding and then took a hike up to rainbow Falls. We also went to Cades Cove and saw a bear and three cubs a. We also saw a bear right in our own driveway. We were also so excited thank you for having us the views are beautiful. We love sitting on the back deck at night and in the morning.

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! My family and I enjoyed every day at this property from the pool, hot tub and even got a visit from a black bear right on the front porch our first evening there. It did no harm and was just curious about the new renters! We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking in the future. Thank you for a beautiful week!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and even provided some unexpected surprises such as coffee pods! View cannot be beat! Slightly steep drive up but very manageable without snow; and well worth the million dollar view!! Indoor pool was terrific. Comfortable mattresses too. Owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The views are spectacular and the sunsets are not to be missed. We looked forward to seeing the colorful sky every evening. The pool is simply fantastic, especially for families and children. Our kids enjoyed both the big and little pool at the house. This was a nice way to spend the day after the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge. The house is decorated beautifully, and also comfortable. The outdoor decks are lovely and we felt safe on them with the kids. As others have stated, the drive up the mountain is a little intimidating at first, as it should be since driving up mountains isn’t something you normally do. However, we quickly got used to it and ventured up and down the mountain to Pigeon Forge on a daily basis. We did not do the drive at night since we were always home to see the sunset. We did see a bear on our first morning there. This was the only bear sighting during our week there. They really aren’t a problem if you are being mindful. We had a wonderful trip and this home played a big part in it!

❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ❓
1. How’s the drive up to the cabin?
The roads leading to the cabin are mostly paved, with a few areas that are unpaved but still well-maintained. Please note that some sections can be steep and winding. A regular car will handle the drive just fine, but we recommend driving slowly as you make your way up. For a slightly longer but less steep route, we suggest veering right when you reach Emerald Springs Loop. The views at the top are 100% worth the climb!
2. How big and deep is the pool?
The private indoor pool is 4 feet deep all throughout. The big pool measures 12 ft x 23 ft, while the children’s splash pool measures 10 ft x 8 ft and is 1 foot deep.
3. How many people can use the hot tub at once?
It could fit 6-8 persons, depending on personal space needs.
4. About the layout of the house, specifically which bedrooms are located on the lower level and which are on the main level?
The main level includes the master bedroom with a king bed. The lower level houses the remaining four bedrooms, which consist of three king rooms and the bunk room, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room.
5. What type of grill do you have?
Our grill is propane. If ever you run out of propane we have extra at the property.
6. Do you have baby amenities?
We have a pack and play and high chair at the cabin.
7. Where is the community pool located?
The community pool is about 2 miles from the lodge. To get there, head down Emerald Springs Loop and follow the exit signs to the main road, where you’ll see signs directing you to the pool area.
8. Do I need a 4-wheel drive to the cabin?
4WD is only necessary during snow or icy road conditions. If there is snow or ice, we strongly recommend using a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or snow chains for safety.

I grew up visiting my grandfather's hand built cabin (Bobwhite) in the Smoky Mountains and fell in the love with the area. We decided to get a cabin of our own and enjoy visiting with family and friends and hosting guests. The area is so peaceful and is the perfect escape from the hectic world.
