Overall a very pleasant stay. The flat was clean, homely and comfortable. All communication with Ed and Jo was very prompt and friendly.
We had an amazing time and loved staying in your home. We felt right at home :)
Thank you for letting us stay x
Had a fantastic stay at Ed and Jo's place. Brilliant location near the Royal Crescent and just a short walk from the city centre. The house is lovely with a great bathroom and comfy bed, highly recommend. Very friendly hosts with an exceptionally friendly dog, Bella.
We had a wonderful time here. The house is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from the centre of the city. This was very convenient and meant that we didn't have to plan our days too rigorously as we could always pop back to the house if needs be.
It's a very pretty, peaceful and cosy house. The bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt very much at home, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bath.
A bit late sharing my review, but better late than never! We had a lovely stay with Edward and Joanne. Their cute two-story townhouse was just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, making it easy to pop home whenever. Very quiet and homey, extremely comfortable bed, great shower, and nice furnishings. Would definitely recommend to my friends :)
A big thank you to Edward & Joanne who made a special weekend away for my sister just perfect. The booking as always with Airbnb was very straight forward and received good communication with Edward throughout. Lovely couple who were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. There was everything we needed in the house. Bed was very comfortable and as bedroom is at the back of the house, it was very quiet. Kitchen had everything, apart from a toaster, which wasn't an issue as we used the grill and useful to have a closet toilet downstairs. Location was great with everything within walking distance. Parking nice and simple and didn't need the car until we left. We visited the Thermae Spa on Joanne's recommendation which was a perfect hangover cure!
Thank you both once again and hope to see you again :-)
We stayed at Ed & Jo's house 2 nights and we couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better location. Ed and Jo were very welcoming and helpful, suggesting places to eat and things to see while in Bath. The house is ideally located close to the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park in a very nice and safe area. The town centre with plenty of shops, cafes and of course main attractions such as the Roman Baths Museum and the Abbey are within a 5-10 minutes' walk. The house was very tidy, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfy, exactly what we needed after a long day walking around and we loved the backyard - shame we couldn't enjoy it much because of the rainy weather!
About the Host, Edward And Joanne
Jo and I welcome you to stay in our home in Bath. We have a comfy spare room in a house that is always clean due to Jo's compulsive cleaning habits. We are situated next to the parks just a few minutes from the centre.
