The bath, also private, is huge with an amazing walk-in shower with a bench. Our home is warm and welcoming. It is a 4 bedroom/3 bath and includes a private cottage in the back that we also list on AirB&B. No pets, wood floors, super clean and well organized. Street parking, washer and dryer, cable, wireless, AC and Heat, morning newspaper, filtered water and home alarm.
This is a perfect room for rent for students who are interning at a local hospital/school/company. Great for parents visiting their UOP student. We are walking distance from excellent places to eat, parks, grocery store and coffee shops. We are also near major bus stops.
You will have access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, private bathroom, bedroom and living room.

I stayed in the bedroom here for a night, and it was just what I needed! Nice/safe neighborhood with restaurants less than a mile away, and plenty quiet and comfy for weary travelers like me! Check in was a breeze (I had to check in late, so she was kind enough to talk me through the steps by phone), as was check out. I would definitely recommend this airbnb to any travelers.
This was a great experience - very cute private room/bath with everything you need (snacks/drinks available, very nice/appreciated touch!). Entry/check-in was easy and convenient, and Kristina was available by phone if I ever needed anything. This is a great part of Stockton, safe and walking distance to several bars/restaurants. Thanks!
A wonderful airbnb find! Kristina and Michael's home was extremely comfortable, clean, and had a very friendly vibe. It's located in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The hosts were warm and welcoming, thanks for the great stay!
I love staying here! This is the best place to stay in Stockton, and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The hosts are kind and generous--a great second stay!
This was a perfect place to stay for me as I had an all-day event at UOP the next day. I felt very comfortable and safe as a single female traveler here. Also, the neighborhood was very convenient for my purposes and I was able to visit Victory Park, UOP (including the John Muir artifacts), and the downtown marina easily. Kristina and Michael were very welcoming. I was invited to use the kitchen and to help myself to the food in the stocked fridge. There's a nice wide showerhead in the bathroom. For various reasons including the cozy bed, this was actually one of the better nights of sleep I've had in a while.
This was my second stay with Kristina and Michael. The room and bathroom were exactly as advertised. The bedroom was quite comfy as well. Kristina and Michael are incredibly welcoming and were very flexible with my schedule.
A note about the location: it is quite close to University of Pacific and blocks from the Miracle Mile. There is a Starbucks, bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Street parking is easy as well.
