We are in the best possible location: right in the heart of the city, at the crossroads of Bairro Alto, Chiado, Principe Real and Restauradores neighborhoods. Some of the Lisbon's most popular monuments are barely past the Pensão Rosinha doorstep, and others just a ride away on one of the city yellow trams. There is a lot worth a seeing outside Lisbon city center, groups of 2-4 can drop on my car and be shuttled to nearby Cascais and Sintra or one of several magnificent beaches close by.
The neighborhood is really calm, have a beautiful garden very close to the flat with a nice quiosque where you can try de delicious drink ginginha, but if you want have fun party, Bairro Alto is doorstep ( 5min. walking ).
The flat have 4 private and very spacious rooms (one of then with a mezzanine for 3 persons, one of then is double for until 4 persons and the other 2 with a couple bed where we can put an extra mattress), living room with sound system and home cinema, 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and laundry. You will find here some pieces of art from different artists that gives a special atmosphere.
Usually, once a week, as we love to cook (specially portuguese and brazilian food), we make group dinners with all the guests, witch is always a great intercultural experience. Starters, main course, dessert, beer, white and red wine, all included for 15€ per person! And we also provide vegetarian dishes ;)
We have a place to park 1 car in a private garage 10€/day.

Paulo & Camila are great hosts with a spacious, clean, and nicely furnished apartment. I spent six nights at their place and really enjoyed it! They provided coffee, cereal and fruits for breakfast, gave useful tips for exploring the city and run a fantastic restaurant which I visited three times during my stay. Thumbs up!
A spacious a very stylish appartment with very nice hosts. We've enjoyed out stay a lot! Thanks for everything!
This was quite simply the best experience I have had on Airbnb! Paulo and Camila's place is simply amazing--very spacious, great art, and my room was absolutely fantastic! Great location in terms of walking everywhere and being close to anything you could want! Also, Paulo (while Camila did the same with another person!) took the time to sit with a map and show me where we were in relation to main attractions. They provide a list of must-sees and must-dos in the area and are very accommodating with questions and directions. It is quite evident that Paulo and Camila are very gifted Airbnb hosts--this was an amazing experience and if I make it back to Lisbon (and I hope I do!), I would make sure it was a time I could stay here again:)
I can't say enough about how wonderful an experience I had at Paulo & Camila's place. I made the booking about 12 hours before the start of my stay and a spacious, beautifully decorated room was waiting for me upon my arrival. Camila welcomed me and spent a good 20 minutes going over local sights and attractions and how to best get around. I'll bring her handy one-page guide along next time I visit Lisbon. I spent just two nights in their flat, but would have gladly spent many more. The entire apartment -- consisting of four bedrooms typically rented out, Paulo & Camila's own room, and common spaces including a kitchen, living room, and bath -- were also quite tastefully garnished with their artwork and photography. The bedroom I used was in the front of the house, with a tiny balcony overlooking Rua Quintinha -- which is mostly residential and quite quiet at the night, especially compared to the liveliness of nearby Bairro Alto. The only hiccup I experienced was caused by my cab driver, who picked me up at the airport and had a hard time finding the place. To avoid the same, note that the apartment is properly in Principe Real or Santa Catarina neighborhood, not Bairro Alto (which is what you might see if you (website hidden) the address). The location is no more than a 20-minute walk to Rossio (trains to Sintra), Cais do Sodre (trains to Cascais), and Baixa/Chiado (great shopping and dining). If you have the chance, Paulo and Camila's restaurant -- Fumeiro de Santa Catarina -- has amazing smoked meats and seafood and when they do it, Sunday brunch, at 10 euros for a full meal and a beer, is a delicious steal. Nearby Park Bar, on top of a parking garage, is a diamond in the rough and worth the visit (one of Camila's great suggestions).
Beautiful house and wonderful hosts. Paulo and Camilla made me really feel at home. They designed the interior of the apartment themselves and it is fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and I had the chance to meet and spend time with the other guests, all interesting people. Paulo and Camilla also run a lovely (not expensive) restaurant with a very unusual (and tasty!) menu. I will certainly go back to Pensao Rosinha next time I visit Lisbon.
It was great to stay with Paulo and Camilia. They are warm and kind people, taking the time to give you insider information on Lisbon. Their house is very comfortable and spacious. Since they have opened their own restaurant it is possible to enjoy some real Lisbon food as well. I would definitely recommend staying at their place!
It was great. It's a pitty we just meet with Paulo the last morning but next time we hope to see them more time. The house is perfect for a different stay in Lisbon. I strongly recommend it.
Paulo and Camila are wonderful hosts who know how to make their guests feel right at home. They were very accommodating with my schedule - allowing me to check-in and drop off my luggage early and store it when I had an evening departure. Upon arrival, Camila gave me an orientation of the very spacious, tastefully decorated and clean apartment, and then walked me through a well-prepared list of things to do in and around Lisbon. The room I stayed in was huge and full of natural light. It was also fun to speak with the other guests and hang out - whether it be sitting out on the mini patio, going out to lunch or listening to fado (email hidden)e location is super-convenient with plenty of transportation options, but exploring by foot (if you can manage the hills) is also recommended. My visit to Lisbon was memorable in large part to having a very comfortable stay at Pensão Rosinha Art Gallery House. Please check them out!
Paulo and Camila were very kind, the apartment was perfectly comfortable and clean. They actively helped us with our then still somewhat vague plans to go out walking in the south west of Portugal, even though in the end we didn't come round to checking out the old lady they recommended for accomodation on the coast.
Camila and Paulo are great hosts and their flat is just amazing. I only stayed in Lisbon for one night and expected nothing. Those two and the cozyness of this place made me want to stay! Thanks a lot you two, for having me. :)
