The space

We are in the best possible location: right in the heart of the city, at the crossroads of Bairro Alto, Chiado, Principe Real and Restauradores neighborhoods. Some of the Lisbon's most popular monuments are barely past the Pensão Rosinha doorstep, and others just a ride away on one of the city yellow trams. There is a lot worth a seeing outside Lisbon city center, groups of 2-4 can drop on my car and be shuttled to nearby Cascais and Sintra or one of several magnificent beaches close by.
The neighborhood is really calm, have a beautiful garden very close to the flat with a nice quiosque where you can try de delicious drink ginginha, but if you want have fun party, Bairro Alto is doorstep ( 5min. walking ).
The flat have 4 private and very spacious rooms (one of then with a mezzanine for 3 persons, one of then is double for until 4 persons and the other 2 with a couple bed where we can put an extra mattress), living room with sound system and home cinema, 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and laundry. You will find here some pieces of art from different artists that gives a special atmosphere.
Usually, once a week, as we love to cook (specially portuguese and brazilian food), we make group dinners with all the guests, witch is always a great intercultural experience. Starters, main course, dessert, beer, white and red wine, all included for 15€ per person! And we also provide vegetarian dishes ;)

We have a place to park 1 car in a private garage 10€/day.

ONE MORE THING: WE HAVE ANOTHER FLAT WHIT 4 MORE BEDROOMS: PENSÃO ROSINHA PRAÇA DAS FLORES! TAKE A LOOK AND MAKE YOUR RESERVATION ON AIRBNB!

It is a good place to stay in where in Lisbon. Great location, cool neighborhood, pretty close to good cafes and 5 minutes walking from the city center. The only issue was the bathroom, it wasn't the cleanest

Good place to stay. Host seemed kind of annoyed with our questions. This just might be the culture. Place is accurate and spacious. Bathroom needed more cleaning. Bring shower flip flops. Nice place to stay though. Airy, chill, safe and close to nightlife and good food

This is basically like a "boutique" hostel with no front desk. There are several rooms in the flat and the hosts don't appear to live there. The room was beautiful and exactly as it appeared in the photo. There's no air conditioning but I went in August and the climate was very comfortable. The location is excellent - a quiet side street off of a major road down town close to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. It's very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, but very impersonal compared to a standard airbnb. My interaction with hosts was exclusively over the app until I ran into Joao on the last day as he was checking in another tenant. My flight was late in the day and checkout time was non-negotiable. When I asked for *secure* options for where to leave my bags between my checkout and my flight the hosts did not respond, so I had to sit with my bags for hours. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise comfortable stay.

The apartment is very central, beautiful, full of light and lovely decorations. It is well equiped - you will find everything you might need for your stay in it. It was clean and well kept. My hosts gave me a map and a lot of tips where to go / what to do. Would book it again! Thank you for making my stay in Lissbon a memorable one.

I havn't seen Paulo & Camila, communicated only with their friend . Good flat - clean, stylish. They have a comfortable self chek-in system, if you want to come at an inconvenient time. It's comfortably/ The room had a heater, small, but I didn't freeze in the January :) Bus stop to Belem close to home. Bus 727 About minuses, there are few :) A little far from the center. The house stands on a nearby hill from the old town, far from center, so u have to walk up and down a lot :) Or use transport It's damp, but I think it is everywhere in the city. Internet in my room most of the time didn't work, but probably this is temporary. Audibility - a family with a small child didn't allowed to sleep all the neighbors. They screaming and crying all the time. I'm surprised that such accommodation accept infants. There is only one room and door key, don't have a second set of keys. So if you want to leave the bag after checkout, you need to agree to some of the owners or their friend came home and let you inside. I could not leave the backpack until the evening. I recommend this accommodation, everything is very nice and cozy and for a very good price :) Thank you :)

It is a nice house with art decoration, the location is good enough, takes 15 mins to walk to Bairro Alto, takes 5 mins walk to the bus station, nice tips are given when I arrive. my room is spacious, the bed is too soft, maybe not really like a proper bed but a sofa sponge. There is a small heater, but still cold, as it is not powerful enough. The big problem is the shower, when you take more than 3 mins shower, the water will run out to the whole bathroom, a little annoyed. And the bathroom has a little smell. Over all it is pretty ok, but it is just a house mainly for tourists, lacking a little warmth and home feeling.

Me and Camila are calm and friendly persons, like sports (bodyboard, yoga), nature, world music, all kinds of art form and we love to cook and try different and typical food from other cultures. Once a week we use to make a dinner with all the guest and it´s always a great night!
We like to have everything clean and try to be organized to have a good environment at home and we believe in mutual respect : )
Will be a pleasure host you!
