The address of the apartment is Corsia Agonale 10, on the fourth floor of a medieval building, under whose colonnade and in its lobby, you can still see a "set" pillar of the original ancient Stadium of Domitian, or Circus Agonalis (built in 85AD to house the Greek athletic games, "agones"), upon whose ancient track was built in the square during centuries, keeping the original rectangular arena shape. Now many street artists crowd the square equipped with small improvised stalls to paint and exhibit their creations, some specialized in portraits and caricatures for passers-by. Or the living statues, clowns, musicians and singers, making Piazza Navona, especially in the evening, one of the most vital and interesting point of Rome.
With the "Navona Square" you can stay right in the heart of the historic center, a few meters from Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Colosseum, etc.. and in the heart of Rome's nightlife. Nearby is also Campo de 'Fiori, a meeting place at night and one of the most popular outdoor market of Rome during the day.
The entire neighborhood is full of taverns, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. Also just across the river you can walk to Trastevere, the ancient Roman district famous for its "nightlife" and exceptional restaurants and pizzerias.
How to reach the apartment.
By car: in the whole area around the Piazza Navona you can not get with the car. Also at night the area closed to motor traffic expands to the Tiber. During the day you may find parking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and the neighboring streets until the Lungo Tevere Vallati and Lungo Tevere of Tebaldi. In the evening, only the Lungo Tevere onwards. Unfortunately, the car park across the area is subject to charges.
By Plane: From Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station. Take bus 40express or 64 and get off at the Della Valle stop. Walk for about 500 meters along Corso Rinascimento, to the Senate, and then turn right towards Piazza Navona, in Corsia Agonale.
From Ciampino airport: take the bus Terravision to Termini Station. Take bus 40express or 64 and get off at the Della Valle stop. Walk for about 500 meters along Corso Rinascimento, to the Senate, and then turn right towards Piazza Navona, in Corsia Agonale.

Perfect location and facilities for a short stay in Rome! The apartment had all we needed. And the terrace speaks for itself. Despite being right on Piazza Navona, it was quiet at night which we also appreciated. Highly recommended!
Appartement idéalement situé afin de pouvoir rayonner dans tout Rome à pied. Simona (la femme de Mario) parle bien français et l'accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous recommanderons cette annonce à nos amis.
Fantastic location close to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Easy walk to Vatican, Travestere, Trevi Fountain. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Apartment is very clean. Quite small with some lowish ceilings so probably not best for someone very tall.
Had outside area where we were able to eat lunch and breakfast which was great.
Had some difficulty contacting the owner during our stay about loose toilet seat, this may have been a problem with the mobile phone rather than a fault of the owner.
In summary: Pretty small place but very clean and central. A great long weekend in Rome.
We spent two nights with my wife and our 1-year-old baby in this obviously newly renovated apartment. The location couldn't have been better, because all the main sights were within walking distance. The place was easy to reach from Trastevere station with tram number 8, and also the buses to/from Termini station stopped nearby and ran frequently. A portable wi-fi hotspot was a nice surprise, and the air-conditioning made the apartment very pleasant to sleep in. The apartment was quiet, and the private rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to have pizza and some wine in the evening when the baby was sleeping inside. I highly recommend.
Thank you Mario for a great stay in your charming apartment on Piazza Navona which has everything needed for a stay in your amazing city. The location is unbeatable, literally a few steps away from the center of the Piazza and the center of most things a visitor to the city will want to see.
The views from the terraces are amazing and having an elevator to take you up to the flat is great after a long day of sightseeing. Best of all, the apartment was completely quiet at night (which allowed us to get a great night’s sleep) even though the apartment is in the middle of all the action Rome has to offer. Again, thank you for a great stay.
