The place was absolutely beautiful and cosy, and wasn't lacking in anything essential. The environment was awesome for trekking and we saw wallabies, bush turkeys and many birds. Helen herself was lovely and went out of her way to be accommodating even when she wasn't around.

The location here is very remote and beautifully quiet, be prepared to be completely in nature, it is beautiful with a wonderful tennis court.

Cozy cabin in the forest. Mornings on the balcony sipping tea with the birds. Walked the rocky crossing track and played tennis during the day. Spent the evenings sipping wine by the gas fire place...a lovely place for a relaxing weekend escape.

Comfortable and cosy place. The birds were beautiful. The 14 km rocky crossing walk was easy (our 10, 11 and 12 yr olds loved it and had no complaints) and the waterfall area was just beautiful. No leeches or snake encounters for us!

We had a great time feeding the birds, hiking and swimming. It was very hot and with no aircon a bit uncomfortable, but it was good there was a swimming hole 15 minutes walk away. In the winter this would be a very nice place to stay.
