Step into Casa Fierro, a recently remodeled Spanish-style Palm Springs retreat with old-world character and modern comfort. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath home pairs a private saltwater pool and hot tub, magnificent mountain views, and surrounded by a hedge-lined backyard with walkable access to popular eateries. The large open-plan living space will beckon you in. The lounge area features generously soft leather sofas and arm chairs, a wall mounted large TV, a sizable retro-style Marshall bluetooth speaker, and even a sideboard stocked with various board games.
The adjacent dining area features a traditional wooden table with seating for eight, and just like the lounge, enjoys both a beautiful tongue and groove wooden ceiling as well as views to the pool area.
The adjoining fully-stocked kitchen meanwhile gives you beautiful smooth white quartz countertops, all the cooking amenities to create the ultimate paella, as well as direct access to the two car garage that also houses the laundry facilities.
Out in the perfectly manicured back yard, the heated pool (upon request) and spa awaits, from which you can take-in those panoramic mountain views.
Ample sun lounges with shade umbrellas present the ideal place to work on that desert tan, while at night, the adjacent fire pit is the perfect spot to take in the stars on those cooler desert nights.

The third bedroom meanwhile gives you the flexibility of two queen beds, each with 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens and hotel quality mattresses, as well a wall-mounted TV, and ample closet space, plus close proximity to the central bathroom with its traditional Spanish tiling and walk-in shower behind the glass brick screen.

Other things to note
Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.
Parties and events are not permitted.
This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
This home allows one dog with an additional pet fee.
There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.
No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home at any time during your stay.
NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.
Stays of 28 nights or more require mid stay cleanings a minimum of every 14 days of stay with additional cleaning fees.
All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private online rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.
Surveillance or recording devices on property - security camera at front entry to monitor entrance and noise monitoring devices inside main living area and on patio; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience.
