I reached out to Erick with some questions regarding availability for a group of 6 people. He promptly responded with the last two cabins available for the dates requested and how much the total would be. The cabins look just like the pictures. Don't expect a 5 star American hotel type of room (which is what I was trying to avoid). Expect a beautiful area with cute cabins spread out making it feel more like a small town than a hotel. I liked feeling more in touch with nature this way as well. There is also a nice hiking trail behind the cabins which leads to a field where you can go watch some shooting stars at night. Breakfast is included in the morning and it was delicious. Although I didn't meet Erick in person he was very friendly via email and was available to answer any questions we may have had.

Beautiful setting, great central location, very clean, nice accommodations. Helpful staff. If I had the trip to do over, I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else.

Great place to stay, just outside La Fortuna! Cabins were air conditioned, clean, and spacious. Room service was a great addition and convenient. The breakfast everyday was a good way to start the day. Front desk attendants were incredibly helpful answering questions about the nearby area. Campo Verde had a deal with Baldi hot springs and Ladi set up a day pass for my wife and I. I would suggest going to Baldi during a stay here. The location is great and the views of the volcano are spectacular. While you have to take a cab into La Fortuna for most restaurants and grocery shopping, the Mirador Restaurant (steak house) across the street is reasonably priced and has a wide selection of excellent food. While in the area, you are only about 20 minutes away from the Arenal National Park. We had a car during our stay. I would suggest having a car while staying here. It’s not far from La Fortuna and the National Park, but being able to get around on our own time without spending money on cabs was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a gorgeous place to stay. The cabins are very spacious and beautiful!! The property itself is also gorgeous and the girls at the front desk were super helpful!! The property is a fair piece outside of La Fortuna and the roads are too dangerous to walk or bike on so if you don't have a vehicle you will have to cab into town (about $10). Beautiful, peaceful place that I would stay at again!

This little group of cabins is so incredible! Very clean, easy to find, friendly staff and an insanely beautiful view of the volcano and surrounding area. It was so comfy and breakfast is great!

We LOVED Campo Verde. Huge cabins on a beautiful property with great views. Great location. It's just a couple minutes on the main road past town. (I highly recommend NOT staying in town. Everything is a close drive and it's prettier outside.) Really good breakfast. Fast wifi. Very helpful staff (for directions and booking tours, etc.). It feels so quiet and romantic. Clean. There's even a free trail out around the back through the woods, across a creek, and around through a cow pasture. So memorable and I would stay again and again.

We loved our stay at Campo Verde. Sitting on the deck in the early morning watching the fog drift in front of the perfect Volcano Arenal view was a truly a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the La Fortuna area. We highly recommend Wave expeditions and paying the extra for the guide up at the actual national park entrance. he took us off the beaten track and we were able to see so many animals we would never have seen without him!! We liked being a bit outside of the center of town and with the car it was easy zip down for dinner and then hang with the families in the center square. We also loved the chocolate plantation tour. Ww would love to return!
