Exclusive Studio apartment, 33 square meters, finely furnished, located on the 3rd floor of a historic building of the XIX century, completely renovated in 2012, very elegant and quiet.
From the street level, it can be accessed through a 1800's original brick atrium then with the elevator or through a beautiful stone staircase.
Disabled guests who use wheelchairs will find no obstacle comfortably reaching up to the front door .
The location is next to the pedestrian area of Dora- Aurora district , adjacent to the Roman quadrangle , true bohemian and historic heart of the city, typical for its weekly antiques market called " Balon ", but mostly for being a two minute walking from all the main tourist and cultural attractions of Turin (City center - Piazza Castello ) within a pleasant walk of 5 minutes.
When we designed the layout, we started with the idea of providing a " 4-star " standard in terms of the quality of the furnishings , bathroom and appliances, but with a touch of personal style to give our Guests the pleasure of staying in a real home and not in a temporary and anonymous hotel room.
For this reason , the apartment is complete with a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher , a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa easily convertible into a very real bed ( cm140 x 200). A Sony LED TV 32 " and WIFI complete the equipment.
Bed linen and towels are supplied cleaned weekly.
The apartment has got a security door and intercom.
Its location is ideal as a base for exploring all the main artistic and entertainment sites that the city of Turin has to offer. There is no car's need because the major attractions are within a short walk, or you can use a lot of public transport with bus stops just below the house . For those who comes with their own car there is ample availability of free parking ( no blue zone ) or a multi-storey car park just a block away. It is also available a private garage with an extra cost to be agreed according to the period of employment.
The whole space is available only for the Guests.
No Interaction, just assistance for checking-in and out
The taste of the oldest district of Turin ( Roman Town) with his coloured markets, the Antique's shops and many others unusual attractions.
All Public transportation (Bus, taxi) are within 50 meters from the House.
My husband and I had three wonderful nights in Marco's gorgeous little studio. What a perfect location from which to enjoy Turin. It's very easy to get to by public transport, the most incredible outdoor market is a 2 minute walk away, and there is a fabulous little organic grocery store just around the corner. To top it all off there are some great little bars and cafes serving some of the best coffee in Turin right on the apartment's doorstep. Marco is a fabulous host. He's quick to respond to all communications and gave us a mountain of information that was so helpful to us in getting the most out of the 'local' experience while in Turin. The apartment is small but extremely comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics required to make a meal at home if you wished, the bathroom with washing machine meant we didn't have to go in search of a laundromat, the pull out sofa bed is just as comfortable as a bed and the neighbourhood is silent at night making this apartment a must pick when you're in this beautiful city. We will definitely be back for a visit!
Ma mère et ma soeur étaient très contentes de leur séjour, l'appartement est chaleureux et bien décoré, et est parfait pour deux personnes souhaitant passer quelques jours à Turin. Marco est très sympa et nous a accueilli avec le sourire !
The apartment was fantastic as was Marco the host, who picked us up at the train and drove us to the studio. He gave us a lot of tips and helpful information about Torino and things to do during our stay.
We booked Marco's apartment for three nights and for two people it was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful old building so close to the heart of Turin and is very comfortable having recently been renovated with all new furniture and appliances/fittings. Marco and his wife Kika are lovely people and were very willing to help us with anything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When in Turin again we will definitely be contacting Marco to stay in this great little apartment which is a hidden gem in a beautiful city.
This place is great is every sense of the word: perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect hosts! If I am ever in Turin again, I will make sure I try to stay here.
It is a very nice place to stay while being in Torino. The studio is new and located (email hidden)ly area. Marco and his wife are very nice and communication in advance and also during my stay was just perfect. I definitely would stay there again if I should go again to Torino :-)
Very nice and modern accommodation. The host was very helpful.
He even drove me to the bus terminal.
Great apartment , pretty new and very well furnished . Marco is a very nice host , seriously recommended. :)
Marco's apartment is very nice and lovely, brand new, stylish, walking distance to the center of Turin and all nice areas, quiet. My husband and myself just loved it , it contains everything one needs for stay. We didn't have a chance to meet Marco but his cleaning lady Noemi is a super host , very helpful and friendly. She even gave us a ride to the airport .Thank u again. We would highly recommend this apartment for staying in Turin.

1/. l'achat auprès de l'un des Offices du tourisme de Torino de la "Torino Piemonte Card" qui vous offre de très nombreuses entrées gratuites dans plus de 190 sites culturels ainsi que la gratuité dans les transports GTT;
