This beautiful apartment in the heart of Trastevere is located in a characteristic "trasteverino" building. Furnished with taste in modern style, recently renovated, it is colored and cosy.
It is composed of a luminous living room with fully equipped kitchenette, the dining area and a comfortable double sofa-bed. Two bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower box.
The price is all inclusive of : bed linens, towels, tourist tax, all utilities and a free wifi. There will be no extra asked upon arrival. There is air conditioning in every room and in the living room.
The neighborhood is really fun: handicraft little shops, restaurants offering typical roman kitchen, pizzeria, bars that serve delicious aperitifs, pub, supermarkets and open air market are just around the corner. Its daytime atmosphere will fascinate you with its coffees attended by students, artists and intellectuals.
With pleasant and short walks you can reach Campo dè Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, San Pietro and all the major touristic and historical sights....the taste of Roman flavor will capture you!
For bookings of 30 days or more utilities will be charged in addition to the above prices and a security deposit is also required.
El departamento está muy bien ubicado y es exacto como se ve en las fotos.
Tuvimos un problema con el internet, pero Lauro nos lo solucionó para el día siguiente. Se mostró muy amable con nosotros.
Lauro was very helpful and welcoming. He met us outside the apartment, showed us around, and detailed all our questions. The apartment is in a wonderful location right in the middle of Trastevere. The apartment is furnished with basic kitchen implements and a moka pot. We recommend La Boccaccia, for grab n go pizza by the slice, Dar Poeta for a full pizza, The Fish Market, and La Renella for bread and pizza bianca (just two doors away!).
Staying at Trastevere Dream was perfect. The location is great and everything was so simple. Lauro was always available and helpful when I had questions. We even forgot something in the apt. and he's sending it to us. The apt was clean and had everything we needed.
Weekend nights were a little loud because of the bars outside on the street. Of course, we were also outside celebrating along with everyone else.
Only issue was that the hosts contact person was 20 minutes late in meeting us at the apartment. Other than that, we had a great experience with Lauro and the apartment. The apartment was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the vibrant city life and all of the amazing restaurants that were located in the area. The apartment was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Would stay again.
ci siamo trovato molto bene, ottima logistica e ottima posizione. L'appartamento è semplice ma funzionale, quello che ci vuole in viaggio! Il proprietario é gentile ed accogliente.
Lauro was there to greet us on arrival and very keen to make sure that we would be able to make the most of our stay. We came by train and tram from the airport before plunging into the little streets to find the apartment block but returned to the airport by taxi, recommended by Lauro, at the same cost but less hassle and more quickly. Lauro showed us how everything worked in the flat then left us to it. The air conditioning in each room was very welcome as the weather was hot and humid throughout our stay but we didn't need to keep it on overnight or in the morning. The location of the apartment in Trastevere meant that by day we could walk to the most famous Rome tourist attractions including Forum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain (under refurbishment at the moment), Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens etc. By night there was a plethora of eating establishments nearby at all prices so plenty of choice although we struggled to find a table outdoors if we left it after 7pm unless we wanted to wait until after 9pm. We were a group of 5 so we couldn't just slip onto a table for two. Plenty of air-conditioned indoor restaurant space so not really a problem. Every eating experience was good. The atmosphere in Trastvere was vibrant by day and night, into the small hours but quiet in the early morning. The neighbourly bakery was brilliant for snacks and bread with a small grocer/greengrocer just around the corner, shop for postcards with stamps etc - what more could a tourist want? The nearby square and cobbled narrow streets were very atmospheric reflecting an ancient street pattern so we really felt like Romans. We can't wait to go back to the Eternal City!
