We had a great time at Pattys place! The room was very big and everything was clean. To downtown its only a short trip by car or you can take the bus just one block away. Patty is very helpful with any questions you have. To all visitors of Memphis I can absolutely recommend to stay at Pattys house!
Patty was the most wonderful and welcoming host you could ask for. She offered us freshly baked banana bread in the morning and was great to chat with, full of great tips and stories.
The house itself is really quaint, full of character and the garden is gorgeous! We felt very comfortable at all times and would recommend the Farmhouse if you're planning on visiting Memhis.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Farmhouse. Patty was a great hostess, and has a really classic place. I experienced it as comfortable and charming and fun. 2 thumbs up!
Patty was very welcoming when we arrived and had a nice table of information about downtown Memphis. She helped us choose a cute place for dinner and gave us great directions to get there.
We were expecting a more rural neighborhood based on the description of a farm house but it was easy to get to and a short drive to downtown which was nice. (But it's not a farmhouse)
Patty was very welcoming and her home was simple but cozy. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning with Patty before heading to our next stop. Definitely a unique stop on our trip. Beale Street on a Sunday was suprisingly fun and not at all crowded!
Patty was wonderful! The house is lovely as well. We had some car troubles and got in a little later than expected, she was very understanding. We felt very at home and welcome. We were just passing through for the night, but I definitely wish we could've stayed longer!
My sister and I were only in Memphis one night, and had to rush off early in the morning, but we loved Patty's house. Patty herself was very communicative and kind. Parking is available behind the house.

What I love most about Airbnb is that all of us are on the same playing field, so to speak... We both get and give reviews.. So, be sure this casual environment is your cup of tea. I get plenty of wonderful, laid-back guests who love my home. If you are not laid-back, please look for something more expensive that suits you better...
Also, the Farmhouse does not discriminate against any one except religious fanatics who judge others based on their lifestyle. This is an open and affirming home.
