I never thought I'd have to say this, but Hostel guests must be appropriately

Thanks so much for your help.
We had a great time at the Farmhouse. Patty seems to have a great sense of how long to spend with a guest. She is welcoming without commanding too much time.
The house has lots of fun art (by her daughter) and great information about things to do around Memphis. There are two kitchens that guests can use in the main house.
Patti is a very nice, warm and personable lady.
She makes you feel right at home and is happy to share stories.
The house is nice and clean in quiet neiborhood.
This is very simple and humble home that's why it's so affordable.
The place was just as described, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to any one traveling through Memphis.
Patty was a wonderful host. It was my first experience as a guest and the first time to Memphis. I really liked the room and Patty's home. The entire trip was enjoyable. My Mom and I both felt welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast conversation with Patty and other guests was the highlight of the entire trip.
We had a great time at Patty's place! It will be our go to place next time we're in Memphis for sure.
We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for anything better! Patty is a lovely host, we hope to see her again sometime.

What I love most about Airbnb is that all of us are on the same playing field, so to speak... We both get and give reviews.. So, be sure this casual environment is your cup of tea. I get plenty of wonderful, laid-back guests who love my home. If you are not laid-back, please look for something more expensive that suits you better... Thanks
