Thanks so much for your help.
Patty was lovely and very helpful. The house is conveniently located to good local restaurants and is in a lovely little neighborhood. Our room was quiet and fit the description from the listing. We were in town for a festival, so we weren't in much, but Patty didn't mind our coming and going at all. She also had great suggestions for places to eat. I would absolutely recommend staying there if you are in Memphis.
I had a great experience at the sun studio! Patty was a wonderful host and very welcoming. The place was clean and perfect for an affordable stay. I stayed in my room alone but it could have fit 3 people, each with their own bed. This is a "hostel" like place, so expect to meet other guests. Although, I thought this was one of the best parts about my stay there!
Had a great nights sleep and was welcomed by Patty even though I was later than expected!
We had a great time at Pattys place! The room was very big and everything was clean. To downtown its only a short trip by car or you can take the bus just one block away. Patty is very helpful with any questions you have. To all visitors of Memphis I can absolutely recommend to stay at Pattys house!
Patty was the most wonderful and welcoming host you could ask for. She offered us freshly baked banana bread in the morning and was great to chat with, full of great tips and stories.
The house itself is really quaint, full of character and the garden is gorgeous! We felt very comfortable at all times and would recommend the Farmhouse if you're planning on visiting Memhis.

About the Host, Patty
I am a welcoming host, but keep in mind....
Be sure this casual environment is your cup of tea. I get plenty of wonderful, laid-back guests who love my home. If you are not laid-back, please look for something more expensive that suits you better...
I am a very liberal, open minded person, but conservatives, namely Republicans, may be put off by the environment in my home. It is my home, so be sure it works for you.. There are lots of options in Memphis to consider.
Also, the Farmhouse does not discriminate against any one except religious fanatics who judge others based on their lifestyle. This is an open and affirming home.
Here are Specific Directions:

... A Sonic is on one corner, High Point Funeral Home on the other.
