Quiet 32 square meter unit on a low floor of a high-rise building. Overlooking suburban gardens with a SkyTrain (BTS) station is situated right outside!
This one-bedroom apartment is in a modern building that is super-conveniently located with the SkyTrain (BTS) station literally directly opposite the building entrance.
Other conveniences include a McDonalds, KFC, several banks, a pharmacy and a large supermarket directly across the road which can be safely crossed via the SkyTrain pedestrian bridge. A Thai market with food and clothing stalls is next door. A taxi stand and a bus-stop are also right outside.
Besides a small open-air terrace off the living area there is also a small room where you can store your luggage or that you can use as a work-space.
Being on a high floor and facing north-west the place is very bright and surprisingly quiet as the main road is due west you are not directly facing it.
The building also features a small pool and gym which you can access daily between 6am and 10pm throughout your stay.
If you are going to have a car during your stay a car space in the building can be arranged but we sincerely discourage you from trying to participate in the Bangkok traffic jam. The SkyTrain is just outside after all.
Inside the unit you will have air conditioning in every room, modern bathroom and shower, a 2-burner electrical stove, microwave and fridge as well as a tea/coffee making facility. There is coin-operated laundry equipment in the building and we can recommend some third-party laundry services as well.
In terms of technology the apartment has its own dedicated Internet connection with WiFi as well as Netflix and Pandora video and music streaming from the US which are included in your rental price!
There is also a VOIP telephone offering cheap call rates to Thailand and almost anywhere in the world.

The AirBNB calendar gets updated in real time so if you see the dates you are interested in as available you are welcome to go ahead and send a booking request. No need to reconfirm availability.
Standard check-in time is after 16:00/4pm but before 21:00/9pm. Standard check-out time is after 08:00/8am but before 12:00/12 noon.
If you need to check in or out outside of these time frames please make arrangements with us before you book.
I aim to respond to all questions within 4 business hours.
The entire apartment will be yours exclusively for the duration of your booking.
Interaction with Guests
*** All check-ins and check-outs are done in person with myself or one of my team between 0800/8am and 2100/9pm ***
We will meet in person for ~20 minutes for check-in and check-out. For stays longer than one week, we will go on-site once a week for basic linen service and inspection. Other than that we will only enter the apartment for emergency maintenance or by mutual agreement. Guests can reach us via internal house-phone, web chat or e-mail, the details of which are displayed in the apartment and communicated by e-mail during check-in.
This neighborhood has the right balance of action vs. peace and quiet. It's just outside of downtown but you have a huge supermarket and a little local market with real local food right outside yet you can be downtown in 15 minutes via SkyTrain.
The SkyTrain (BTS) is located directly outside the building lobby. A taxi rank is also outside so getting around is easy. SkyTrain is best to avoid the Bangkok traffic. Connection to the MRT (subway) system from the BTS is also possible by riding BTS to Asoke and transferring to the "Sukhumvit" MRT station there.
No smoking or open flames including candles anywhere in the building, please.
As is customary in Thailand, no shoes are to be worn inside private residences. As such I would kindly ask guests to take off their shoes and keep them inside behind the door whilst in the unit.
And please be considerate to your neighbors this is a living space and not suitable for loud late-night parties... Most of your neighbors have to work 9-5.
Some local regulatory restrictions with regards to the internet usage apply and will be discussed in the house manual. Specifically the up or downloading of copyright protected material via Bit-torrent or other methods is not allowed. In the past we got legal complaints and DMCA notices because of guest's actions so please respect this rule.
The unit is exactly as photographed and so convenient with the BTS right in front. Her sister Jan assisted with check in/out and even got a cab for the airport. Would stay here again!
I only stayed in this unit for a day as I was staying in unit 275 for an entire week. This apartment is very nice with a huge bathroom inside the master bed room. Wan is an excellent host always available to respond any questions.
As it should already be obvious to anyone by now - considering how many good reviews Wan has received - this is one of the good/best Airbnb offer in Bangkok in this range of price!
Yes that unit is smaller (and cheaper) than the 2 other units Wan has in the same building. But the bedroom/bathroom part is large enough for sure.
And the facilities in the building, the convenience of the BTS On-Nut and the night market, both being so close to the building doors, the cleanness of the unit, the punctuality, the constant high level of professionalism and attention, and the smile of Wan's team (the lovely Jan)... all of this make it very easy to come back again and again without being just even once disappointed.
In short: it is really a no-brainer, just ask what you have to ask before booking if you have special requirements or doubts or whatever you need to know. You will get fast replies and excellent service all the way!
This was the second time that we have had the pleasure of staying at this property. The condo was immaculately clean, and Jan, as always, was the perfect host: flexible, professional, and courteous.
The location of this condo within the building was perfect for us, as it is situated on the backside of the building, so it was quiet. Better yet, it is just one level away from the pool and the fitness center. Most importantly, the bed and linens were heavenly.

Jan (wan's sister) was a wonderful host, she waited for us at the property for over an hour when our flight was delayed. Very helpful and accomodating, and so punctual for check out too!
The place is as good as any hotel, and the pool area was awesome. Especially for hot 38+ degree days! The only thing was there's a mouldy smell around the kitchen area because of the humidity, but that's more because of the climate. Leave AC on and take out the trash frequently and you'll be alright.
I was a bit worried about the location as On Nut is a bit further out, but I seriously grew to love the area! There's a night market just next door and there's an alley with the cheapest massages in Bangkok (150 baht!)
Overall, great stay and definitely recommend!
The condo is very clean and comfortable. Wan and Jan were very friendly and let us check in and out late. The pool is nice and clean. But the best thing of the apartment is location - it's 1 minute to the station On Nut and 2 minutes to Tesco Lotus. We had wonderful time there. Thanks a lot Wan and Jan!
Wan's sister, Jan met us at the Ideo Verve building and explained how everything worked in the appartement. Located in front of BTS station, 2 min walk :-). Netflix didn't work properly but that wasn't their fault, they even gave us the opportunity to check out because of that and to give us our money back, but we stayed because we really liked the appartement, very clean and luxorious. When we checked out Jan arranged a metered taxi for us, such service. Thanks Wan & Jan

Take BTS towards Mo Chit and get off at Phloen Chit from there it is a 2 block walk or ~50 Baht metered taxi ride to the hospital. This hospital is one of the top 5 in Bangkok for health checkups.Bangkok Bangkok 10110
