Guests will have full access to the house, which includes 2 bedrooms, large living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, the large garden, heated pool and hot tub. Garage access is not available, however there is a large driveway for 2 cars and ample street parking. Please note again that garage access no NOT AVAILABLE FOR VEHICLES.
CHECKOUT IS AT 11AM.
Interaction with guests
The property manager will greet you and provide all necessary instructions. There is a household manual to answer any questions and the Manager will be available via text and phone to provide necessary assistance during your stay.
The house is located on a beautiful tree-lined street, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to Universal Studios, Tujunga Village, Warner Brothers Studios, NBC/Universal, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and many neighborhood stores and restaurants.
Parking in the Driveway and plenty of street parking.
Other things to note
Outside "quiet" time is from 10pm until 8am, which means please take the music and loud noise indoors for this time period.
Check-in at 3pm and checkout is 11am.

No outdoor footwear indoors please.
Please dry off feet prior to entering house after using the pool.
Please advise of any broken items, even if small, so that the house may be fully stocked for the next guest.
