The Space

Private, Fully Furnished Apartment - Has its own entrance from the street, 2 bedrooms, its own kitchen and full bathroom, PLUS a nice balcony to check out the gorgeous view of the Santa Fe mountains. With access to our backyard, where you can relax on the hammock while reading a book.

Although the apartment has 2 rooms, only one of them has a regular queen bed, and the other is a sleeper couch. Amenities available in the apartment for your use are: parking in the street out front, a small stove, a small refrigerator, TV with direct streaming for movies and shows from Netflix, Amazon and Hulu, 1 hair dryer, small coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, and most basic cooking utensils.

The apartment is above our garage and has its own entrance from the street. We will try to ensure you have a comfortable stay. While not luxurious, it is a very comfortable and cozy little apartment with plenty of closet/storage space, great central location, and beautiful views.

Location is 1.5 miles away from the Plaza (bikeable and walkable). It is a 15 minute drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin. We are also 1.2 miles from Museum Hill, and 8 miles from the Santa Fe Opera. We are also walking distance (0.5 miles) from BODY, the most popular Yoga Studio in town.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and tranquil. However, it is walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, and a host of other retail stores and restaurants. Just a short walk or bike-ride to the Plaza.

  • We loved our little apartment and our hosts, Gabby and Suni, were terrific. The apartment pictures were true to what it was and once you got inside, it felt like more. Though the living areas are small, there is a feeling of spaciousness because of the large windows that are in each of the rooms. Also, the sky lights add to the brightness and cheerfulness of the apartment. As we had several days of rain, in the beginning of our stay, it was nice to come back to our apartment to read and relax. The kitchen is very simple with basic needs, but between using the microwave and the small stove, we had delicious meals on the nights we stayed in. We were amazed to find the closet space most ample to not only store and hang our clothes but big enough to stow our suitcases. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with nice views of Santa Fe out each window. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Santa Fe area as it is central to all the sights one would want to see in visiting this beautiful city.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Gabrielas appartment. The rooms are equipped with eveything you need for a longer stay and the inner city is just minutes away by car. We especially liked the various original paintings in the rooms and we were happy for the offer to use the washing machine.

  • We spent an enjoyable month in this one bedroom apartment.

The best aspect of our stay were the hosts!
Gabriella and her husband were friendly, helpful and very responsive to our needs.
We also enjoyed their garden tomatoes and the use of their laundry facilities and outdoor grill.
At our request, Gabriella removed the cat pet station from the entrance to the apartment which made the entrance pleasant and free of cat dander.
The apartment is comfortable and furnished with basic needs for two people. The breakfast area fits two adults. The small living-room has a sofa bed which is too small and the mattress too thin for additional adults; potentially OK for children.
Because we stayed for a whole month, we found the refrigerator too small to hold cold drinks, milk and food to last for more than two of days.
The town center Plaza is a short drive away. Shopping is within walking distance.

Thank you Gabriella for making our stay so enjoyable.

  • I stayed with the Stewarts for six weeks when I attended a workshop in Santa Fe. The apartment is small but highly functional with lots of storage. It is bright and cheery. You won't be creating culinary masterpieces in the kitchen but it does have everything most renters would need. The apartment location is perfect-- a nice, quiet residential neighborhood close to everything you would want to see. Gabby and Suni are perfect hosts and are very open and warm. I ended up meeting the entire family and they are all great people. There was a snafu with the internet in my first few days and they were very quick to remedy the situation. Overall an excellent Airbnb experience.

  • Clean upstairs apartment with private entry to the house that was big enough for our family with two young children. We enjoyed having the convenience of being able to use the backyard with a teampoline and hammocks. Our hosts were very friendly toward us. Our kids enjoyed using Netflix movies in the evenings.

  • Comfortable, clean and convenient, just a few minutes drive from the Plaza, Museum Hill, Canyon Road and other places in Santa Fe. Gabriela was very responsive to questions both before we arrived and while we were in Santa Fe. we'd definitely stay there again.

  • This trip was quite an adventure for us, two mommies and four kids from Albuquerque headed to Santa Fe to celebrate two birthdays and frolick about Santa Fe. This apartment is in a great location, walkable/bikeable distance to a number of attractions, and short driving distance to many others. The neighborhood is quiet. The parking is easy. The clean apartment is equipped with a small fridge/freezer, sink, oven, dishes, linens, etc. to make your stay easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite features, was the LARGE bathroom (with tub) and plenty of space to wrestle with two children in in the morning ;-). Another favorite characteristic is there is a lot of windows and light. We divided the space by family having one mommy and two kids in the bedroom, and the other mommy and two kids in the living area on the fold out couch. Our hosts (and their adorable daughter) were very sweet and made suggestions for potential kid friendly activities, and were quick to make sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again in a minute if we return to Santa Fe anytime soon.

  • We loved our Santa Fe stay at Gabriela's apartment! She gave us tips about fun things to do in town with kids (farmers market, children's museum, etc.) and made us feel right at home. Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, lots of hot water, and lovely views. Cons: NONE.

Environmental Attorney
I am a 33 year old environmental attorney. I live with my husband and child (a 3 year old daughter). Originally from Nicaragua, I moved to the USA when I went to college and have stayed here since. We love to travel, and we love meeting people from all over the planet!! When we travel, we expect very little in terms of accommodations. We spend very little time at our room(s) because we'd rather explore the city or country. We love trying new foods and eating a ton when we travel. In turn, we will try to be helpful and accommodating hosts to anyone who chooses to stay with us. We are very laid-back people, and do not require much from guests, just that they are respectful.
