My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. Location is great, less than 10 minutes to pretty much every spot in Kona. The room has plenty of space for two people and was perfectly clean. Kevin was always easy to reach and quick with suggestions. There are multiple sets of snorkel gear which was extremely convenient. The patio area is great as well. Will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great alternative to a hotel for a fraction of the cost. Good, central location. Unexpected fresh baked banana bread and fruit. Had use of beach towels, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Quiet home in residential area, but only minutes from busy tourist areas and beaches. We enjoyed having a private entrance. Plenty of space for two guests, although we were out and about most of our time. Fantastic banana bread and fresh fruit! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this location! One of my favorite things about the stay is the bathroom. I love the stone flooring and space. Also, the motion sensor lighting outside is great if you come back after dark. It was easy to come and go as needed and we didn't ever feel like we were disturbing anyone. There is no A/C but you can open the sliding door and all is good! Kevin provided a cooler, fridge and even some snorkeling gear! If I come back to the Big Island, this is where I would stay!
