Also within walking distance you can enjoy a wide variety of fine restaurants and breweries, historic landmarks, parks on the lake and unique shops.

The open-concept studio apartment is on the ground level of our large farmhouse with separate entryway from main house.

The home accommodates up to 4-5 guests depending on sleeping arrangements.

Sleeping arrangements:
* 1 Queen bed in the open-concept sleeping area sleeps 1-2 guests
* Up to 3 rollaway cots are available for additional registered guests

***Please note that there is only one standard queen size bed and up to 3 cots.
**If your group of 2 requires 2 separate beds, than a rollaway cot will be provided for an additional $50 fee.
***or if your group includes more than two guests, the additional guests will sleep on the provided rollaway cots (3 cots available).

***Maximum occupancy is 4-5 guests depending on sleeping arrangements

***Only the party booking may stay unless pre-approved by host at the time of booking.

***Registered Guests Additional Fees upon arrival after booking: if the number of guests over the number initially booked is requested upon arrival, (excludes infants under 12 months old) $150 + taxes and service fees/person/night up to a total of 4-5 guests depending on sleeping arrangements. Pet fee $75 + taxes and service fees (up to 1 dog).
