137 acres of beautiful rolling hills and valleys with a pond bordering 109,000 acre Pigeon River Country State Forest, which is home to one of the largest free roaming elk herds east of the Mississippi. Currently available for rustic camping with power on site for one camper. You may bring up to 4 campers to enjoy this slice of paradise. Property is available for hiking, camping, reunions, retreats, trail riding, snowmobiling, and hunting, in season, for deer, bear, elk, turkey, and woodcock.

Entire 137 acres, respect property lines as neighbors all have multiple cameras monitoring their camps.

Kids may enjoy a trip to Call of the Wild museum or their putt putt/ go carts. If you head to Gaylord, don’t miss the Alpine Chocolat Haus for some chocolate covered chips and ice cream! The Whippy Dip is your local Vanderbilt ice cream spot, where you may run intoJim Harbaugh.
