You're in a private-gated condo community at the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort — one of the
Big Island's most prestigious addresses. The Palm Villas sit between the 18th fairway, a historic
lava preservation area, and a world-class spa. Your unit is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom
condo on the second floor, sleeping up to 7 guests comfortably.
Inside: a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, two flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and
central A/C. The living room is open-plan and airy. Three bedrooms — one king, one queen, two
twins — with premium linens and room-darkening shades. A pack-n-play and high chair are
available for families with young ones.
Outside: a covered lanai with ocean and golf course views, outdoor dining, and your own BBQ

Exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club — a protected cove with calm water,
perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The walk there is one of the highlights of the stay: a scenic
12-minute stroll along the historic Royal Fish Ponds and lava tube preservation trails.
Alternatively, it's a 5-minute drive with free parking.
Also included: the Palm Villas' black lava rock waterfall pool and hot tub, open year-round. The
pool is semi-private — only Palm Villas residents have access, so it's rarely crowded.
All the beach gear you need lives in the detached garage: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, life
jackets, swim belts, a large wheeled wagon, cooler, and Tupperware for beach picnics. Grab it and
go.
