Since there is a 4 levels in the house, the basement floor can be use as a separated unit from the house.

There is access to 4 levels In the entire house which includes 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
In each room there is a full bathroom, Balcony , Tv and air conditioner.
The main floor includes large kitchen and large dining room and living room.

Guest access
The house can have up to 12 guests or more if needed. Access through the 2 gates and the electric car parking door to the yard done with a PIN code and remote control.
The code will be given on check in day.

There is an additional access to the house from the basement floor with additional key.

Other things to note
There is hot water in the bathrooms that works through the gas system there is no need to turn on the boiler for hot water.

At all toilets it’s important not to through in anything that can cause drainage issues .

At checkout guests needs to return keys to the main door lockbox.
