  • Very clean apartment which I greatly appreciate. Rachel was very easygoing and accommodating. I was a little concerned with street parking, but never had a problem finding a spot. It is a great location if you want to be in Santa Monica and do not mind being walking distance to the beach. Also had many little extras that I greatly appreciated, such as purified water, coffee, tea. Would stay there again in the future.

  • This was our first experience with Airb&b and it was just perfect! Rachael was always quick to communicate and the check-in and check-out were super easy. The cottage was very quiet and private even though we felt central to everything. Such a great location! The bed was really comfortable with really soft sheets. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked equipped with all you would need for small meals. Nice little outside area to sit too. We would definitely stay there again.

  • Great spot in Santa Monica! Super clean and cozy. Loved all the bath soaks available. If you're looking for a hands off but very responsive host definitely stay with Rachael!

  • Very nice space, clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out process! Slept great, bathtub is amazing! Fairly easy walk to the beach (20 minutes or so), close to restaurants and a sweet karaoke bar! We slightly regretted not rent the bikes for riding to the beach.

  • I loved Rachel's little bungalow. It was all I thought it would be and more. I'm already planning my next trip back. Very clean, private, and comfy. Plus, the location is ideal. Thanks Rachel!

  • I had a great time at Rachael's bungalow. It was perfect for one person and it felt so clean and fresh. The proximity to the beach, shops, food, groceries was great - even on foot (I didn't even use a car). I liked being able to prepare food (yes, the kitchen is tiny but it's totally usable) and made hearty use of the fresh water cooler. The claw tub was a great way to rest my tired feet after my long walks, too. I got to meet Rachael a few times (and her sweet cat) and she was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for everything!

  • We had a great stay at Rachael's Santa Monica bungalow. Excellent location and a quiet neighbourhood for the weekend getaway. Loved the bamboo lined driveway and fenced back yard to take in the natural surroundings. Jogging (or walking) distance to the beach and local shops. All the most basic amenities were available and provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. The space was very clean and had a lovely vintage California charm! Thanks!

  • On the plus side:it was in a good position, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Rachael was a caring host (emailed to encourage me to turn on a heater on a cold night.) On the minus side: it was very basic, the room was rather dark and the kitchenette was really tiny and difficult to use because of lack of space. Compared with an efficiency rented by a friend on 17th it was on the expensive side.

  • Loved Rachael's place. It was clean and centrally located in Santa Monica. It was the perfect size for one person. I would definitely stay again.

  • Rachel's place was great. Everything was very clean and the decor was fantastic. Rachel was very accommodating, even allowing us to check in a little early. Highly recommended!
