This little apartment is the perfect base for a holiday or business trip
in Barcelona....the name, is coz what u feel in it' s...good vibes...relax...your place. The kinda place you' ll love to be after breacking with your partner, after a long time without holidays...the perfect place to re-enjoy yourself.
Right in the heart of the old town, is just two minutes from all the boutiques and bars of Born and only a short walk from the sea. On the fifth storey of a narrow gothic building in Sant Pere it’s the ideal size for a couple but can technically sleep three people in the case of happy families and good friends. An open-plan living space and kitchen at the front overlooks friendly neighbours (email hidden)ly street below, while at the back the bedroom and bathroom are quiet and private. Simple, well-equipped, light, bright, shiny and clean, you’ll have everything you need for a very comfortable stay in this amazing city. The apartment has no elevator and there’s a lot of stairs. But it means you can eat more tapas because you’re getting the excercise.
Sant Pere is the North East corner of the very fashionable and beautiful Ciutudat Vella. Mostly undiscovered by tourists so far, it is still lived in by born and bred Sant Pere locals. From the 12th century onwards the old town was the centre of trade and the favourite residential area of the merchant elite (the merchants’ grand gothic mansions can be seen along Carrer Montcada). The flat is superbly situated right in its centre, two minutes walk through the constantly changing and very narrow streets will take you in one direction to La Parc Ciutadella, to La Palau de la Musica in another, or the new Mercat de Santa Catarina in a third. Surrounded by perfect little cafes, bars and restaurants there’s plenty to do, see or eat whichever way you go.
Sheltered from the hen-party mania that many areas are subjected to in the centre of Barcelona, Sant Pere is like Shoreditch to the Born’s Covent Garden, complete with genuine Banksy grafitti, authentic Spanish mullets, up and coming fashion stores, secret bars and still quite reasonable prices. Born, just to the south, is home to many good boutiques and even more bars and restaurants, while further south still you hit Barceloneta, and then the beaches. Head west from the flat and you hit Barri Gotic, the main ‘old town’ and partyland.
If you can’t decide, just turn left out of the front door and head to the end of the street where you’ll find Placa Sant Pere. The prettiest square for miles where you can eat a delicious menu del dia in Candela while you chose how best to spend the rest of your lovely sunny day.
If you are flying the best airport is Barcelona. Then you can get a shuttle bus which costs less than 5euros to Plaça Cataluyña and the flat is a 10minute walk from there. You can get a taxi from the airport for about 20euros too. One thing to bear in mind is that the street is very narrow so it’s best to get the taxi driver to drop you off / pick-up from either Plaça de Sant Pere or Palau de la Musica on Via Leitana.
If you fly Ryanair to Girona, the bus will take an hour and twenty minutes, and it costs about 20 euros for a return. The Bus Station in Barcelona is a five minute walk from the flat.

Great Location, absolutely enjoyed the stay.
Noemi is the best host one can hope for, helpful, accomodating, kind and has some excellent tips on where to go.
The apartment was all we had hoped for, very clean and easy to heat quickly. Noemi is a great host and really makes an effort to make sure that you're comfortable. She even gave us a bottle of Cava as a welcoming gift, since we were staying over New Year's Eve.
The perfect spot to reconnect to the secret streets of Barcelona. Fabulously located at the heart of it all. As was mentioned in other reviews the bed could be better but the fabulous October(!!!) sun was shining so brightly the city was calling out for exploring, it wasn't a time to sleep! Noemi was a most caring and attentive host and is a fabulous person with great knowledge of the city. She made it clear from the start that we could contact her with any questions any time and we met her a few times around the city randomly to share a drink and laugh with! Thoroughly recommended.
Noemi was a fantastic host. I booked the apartment last minute and she was very accommodating. She responded to any request almost immediately and was more than willing to help where she could. Clean apartment, great location, quiet, walking distance to everything you need in Barcelona. Even when the Internet slowed down she immediately delivered a new wifi modem.
Highly recommended. Just need to update the mattress in the bed.
Noemi was amazing and the apartment was cosy and perfect for two people. Our location put the whole city at our fingertips and Noemi is an unbelievable host. She went the extra mile for us and we'll absolutely stay with her again next time we're in Barcelona!
Noemi is not only a beautiful and caring person but she is a wonderful host. The apartment near Plaza Sant Pere is perfectly located in a quaint local neighborhood, just a few minutes from the most visited city sites. Thank you Noemi for everything!! I hope to see you soon!
So much to say about Neomi! First, despite our flight being delayed, she waited patiently for us to arrive taking time out of her Saturday to make sure we were settled properly. It's clear she loves her city, she had an answer for every question we could think of as first time visitors to BCN! She was extremely pleasant and helpful, and kept in touch with us throughout our stay, providing pointers on what was going on and events we should try to get to! I'm sure if you are in need of anything while staying from Neomi, she will do her best to provide it! After we left BCN she also gave us some tips through others on the good sights of our next destination!
The apt was great! We had no problems walking everywhere within the city! All the spots are easy to get to, and restaurants and cafe's are always available a stone's throw away! (Neomi also gave EXCELLENT advice on where to eat, shop and drink!)
BCN was as advertised, a beautiful and historic city! I would much like to visit again, and if I do, I will message Neomi FIRST!
Thank you to Neomi and BCN for an amazing stay!
