  • This little trailer was such a rare find. Nestled in the backyard surrounded by gardens, you feel like you have stepped into another world. It's quiet and restful, sunny and lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend my last couple days of vacation. As a single woman, I felt very safe and happy to have chosen such a cozy spot. The trailer was clean and airy - almost like sleeping outside! Shared bathroom was also clean and convenient, and I enjoyed lounging in the sun and reading on some of the many chairs and couches around the garden. There are often other guests around which adds to the communal, safe and friendly vibe. A short walk to the beach and Venice Boardwalk, and also Abbot-Kinney for restaurants and shopping, I would gladly book again. Thanks for the lovely stay, Tao and Ro.

  • This place is so great, exactly as depicted. My stay was very short - about 18 hours - but I would definitely come back. I'm so glad I got a chance to experience it. I slept like a baby!

This little bohemian hideaway is the most perfect little addition to any LA trip... there were times i wanted to leave the beautiful Venice Beach (only a stones throw away from the property) just to go back to the caravan... it's so cute, cosy and dare i say romantic that if you've already fallen in love with the photos as i did... then you won't be disappointed!

Tao and Ro weren't around much while i was there but when i did speak to them they were extremely pleasant and friendly! Their housemate Danny was there alot and he was very helpful and passed on good local knowledge!

couldn't recommend this property enough... will definately stay again 10/10

  • Ro and Tao have a really peaceful set up about 8 mins walk from Santa Monica beach. As you can see from the photo's - the set up is quite quirky, but cozy at the same time.

There's plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, and Ro and Tao were more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations during my stay.

    Would definitely stay again!

  • Loved this garden paradise! Perfect spot to relax in LA - a short walk to Venice Beach with all its amazing crazy energy, and then back to the garden to relax in peace. Will defiantly come back for a stay here next time I'm in LA.

  • Ro & Tao were very friendly and welcoming. The camper was absolutely adorable, all in it's original condition, clean and decorated with charm. We used this location for a photoshoot and it made a stunning background. Super convenient location in Venice-really close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping on Abbott Kinney. A very fun and unique accomodation! Highly recommend.

  • What a great Airbnb experience. Tao and Rosin are readily available if you need anything, and not in your space when you don't! The accommodations are exactly as described. Perfect urban glamour camping experience. The outdoor bathroom is a gem. And the gardens around the whole space are magical. Highly recommended!

Hi! Ro is a researcher from N. Ireland and Tao is an Italian/American photographer and film-maker. We've both lived in several places (Ireland, England, NY, Italy, Spain) and love to travel. For us, the opportunity that Airbnb brings in meeting people from all over the world is fantastic and we love welcoming people to our home. We moved to our lovely home in Venice a couple of years ago and have had a great time remodeling and renovating it. Venice is wonderful, dynamic neighborhood with the best vibe, restaurants, shops, weather and sites in L.A. Please feel free to send us any questions. Thanks!
