Calling all Nature Lovers!
The Hidden Moose is a cozy 940 sq ft A-frame in the woods that sleeps 6 and is dog friendly! We offer easy access to 4-season activities while being close to major attractions such as N. Conway.

- We offer a deck, hot tub, hammock, & Solo Stove fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment
- We provide a canoe & paddle board (Memorial Day - Columbus Day only) for a little fun on the lake. Our beach wagon makes it easy to transport items to & from the private beach (exclusive complimentary access for our guests).

There is plenty of parking on site for 4 cars (please only park in the driveway).
We are EV Friendly w/a NEMA 14-50 Outlet for our guests! Please bring your own compatible mobile EV charger.
✨ GENERAL INFO ✨
- Wood Stove & Radiant heating downstairs is available during Winter months. A/C is available during Summer months via 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs portable AC units.
- We have a whole house generator in the event of any power outages!
- Free Wifi.
- The entire premises are for guest use except the shed (with the exception of the life vests and oars) and the closet areas marked “no guest access”
🐶 DOG FRIENDLY 🐶
We welcome up to two dogs per stay with a non-refundable $50 fee per dog. For the comfort & safety of all, dogs must be housebroken and crated when alone. Guests will need to provide vaccination records for their pet. No other animals permitted.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire cabin during your stay, so make yourself at home.
Check in is via a personalized door code (to our smart lock) that is provided 2 days prior to arrival.
You will also have access to the Kimball Lake Shores Community Lake and Beach at no additional cost.
Guests assume all responsibility and liability for use of the home and any community facilities.
Other things to note
Please remember that you are staying at a house, not a hotel and treat the cabin with respect and if any issues arise, we will do our best to take care of the problem as soon as possible. Note there is no one living on site.

Here are some additional things to consider:
*There are stairs to the bedrooms and to the decks.
* Wood burning fire place - Bring your own INDOOR seasoned hardwood (must be wood from Maine) for any indoor fires. Also ensure there is no fire going when you are not present.
* The cabin is located in the woods and the power does go out on occasion. We have a whole house generator that will kick on should the power go out.
You may see & hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes, & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we can’t guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep doors and windows closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.
* We are in the woods and the Internet may be slow at times. No gaming is possible due to internet & we recommend that you download any large content before you leave home.
We also offer a smart TV! Just bring your login information for your favorite streaming providers & you’ll be ready to watch your favorite programming!
* Please note that cell service can be spotty depending on your carrier. You can always connect to the internet for wifi calling.
* Please take off your shoes in the house to prevent damage to the floors.
* Children are welcome, however, the cabin may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, outdoor decks, & stairs. Parents should use their own discretion when booking.
* No pets allowed on furniture and guests must pick up pet waste or a $65 clean up fee will be imposed.
* Winter procedures: Please turn heat to 65 F when checking out using thermostat at base of stairs.
*Summer procedures: Do not turn off or disconnect portable AC units.
* We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
*No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control (including availability of community amenities).
