Sunny carriage house on Burton Hill is full of charm. Peaceful and serene, private driveway serves parking for two cars.

Located on one of the Island's best walking loops, this is walkable to Burton beach, Vashon Marina, Lavender Hill Farm, and the prized Burton Coffee Stand. Endless discovery for the enthusiastic walker.

This newly redone, spotlessly clean, warm space is ADA friendly with air-conditioning. High end finishes and lovely patio overlooking horse pasture.

The space
The Carriage House has a cozy bedroom with a territorial pastoral view through two sets of French doors. A dutch door leads to a large rec room complete with a big screen TV, a pool table, and beanbags. Adjacent horse pasture and barn provide farm ambience.

Guest access
The entire main level is available to guests. Guests are not allowed in the upstairs loft.

Other things to note
This property is not suited to children under 12 as well as to minors who do not follow rules. Going into the horse pasture is not allowed. Hazards include horse water troughs (potential drowning) or grievous bodily injury/death if a horse tramples a person. Horses are flight animals. My horses weigh 1250 - 1900 lbs.
