Our Loft is located in Denver's historic LODO District. The loft has a perfect balance of history with a bohemian vibe. A few minute walk to Union Station and Restaurants. HOA regulations that state a renter must stay a minimum 30 days. No thirds party bookings and we require guests to schedule a mid stay cleaning with our cleaning crew this fee is part of your cleaning fee. We will send you info in your STR Agreement and welcome packet. Great views and private balcony!

The space
The loft has 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is a very open space; the master bedroom is located at the back where there is privacy curtain but no door and the second bedroom has a queen size Murphy Bed located off of the Kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need plus a nice Nespresso coffee machine we provide pods and also coffee. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer. We offer 2 parking spaces in the under ground garage. However, your rental rate provides 1 parking spot but inquire about renting the other spot for your stay for an attentional fee.

Within walking distance you can get to Coors Field, the 16th Street Mall, the Pepsi Center, Union Station, restaurants, shops, etc. An Uber or cab can get you just about anywhere else you may want to visit in Denver for a low cost. You can also take a walk along the Cherry Creek Trail. From Union Station you can get a train to Denver International Airport or a bus to Boulder.

Our loft is under HOA regulations that state a renter must stay a minimum of 1 month, which is what makes this loft perfect for anybody who is in Denver on business for a prolonged period of time. We have a STR Agreement that you need to sign prior to your stay and we require guests to be 30 years or older.

Hello, We are delighted that we can share our homes with Airbnb guests. We have three homes in Colorado because we love our state and we do staycations as often as possible. We have a beautiful mountain home in Vail, our loft in LODO and our 3rd home last but not least, Louisville, Colorado.... voted one of the best small town's in America. We love entertaining and inviting friends to stay with us hopefully you will find all the amenities that you need to have fine dining at home, a night out on the town or entertaining a few guests at our homes as well or maybe you would like a weekend of cozying up with a book and turning the fireplace on. We love all of our homes for all of those same reasons for all of our seasons in Colorado.
