The space
Our cute beachside studio condo features one queen bed and a sofa bed, so it's ideal for a couples getaway or two adults and a child. Plus a 50” TV, free Wifi, refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, utensils, coffee maker, blender and more! Flying in? No problem, we have two beach chairs and beach towels you can use at the beach. Oh, and FREE private assigned on site parking.

Imagine walking out in the morning with your coffee or tea and taking just a few steps to our sugar white sand beach. And best of all, our world class sunsets with your favorite beverage!

We have tons of things to do: gorgeous beach sunsets, world class shell collecting, amazing bird watching, sparkling pool, beach trolley rides, and famous John’s Pass entertainment district is just a 3-minute drive away.

Pool, laundry room, clubhouse, grills, shuffleboard and covered breezeway seating area are all available to our guests to use and enjoy.

Other things to note
Our beach neighborhood is great for a morning or evening walk on the beach. Clean and upscale, Redington Beach is a more relaxed and chill atmosphere. The perfect place to decompress and relax!

Mike and Stephanie are Florida natives who split their time between FL and NC. Mike was born in Gainesville but grew up in Hickory, NC, hiking and camping in the high country. Stephanie was born and raised in Florida. We love traveling to NC to enjoy the scenic mountains, the cooler temperatures and local attractions. We enjoy hiking and skiing — and do our best to squeeze every minute of fun we can out of life. We also live by and love the beach! To us, having a getaway in the mountains or at the beach is to live the good life. So we named our properties the “Good Life Getaway”. We added many decorative touches to make the home both comfortable and inspiring to our guests. When we are not living the good life in NC you may find us in Redington Beach at the tiki bar drinking margaritas. In the fall we can be found at a Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game. We work in advertising at our own ad agency in Tampa FL. We get into all kinds of marketing from creating and placing television commercials to building e-commerce websites.
