House is a colorful comfortable and well kept home. Treat it well and your karma will be blessed with a happy visit. Smoking is allowed outside only. Only pre-approved guests are allowed in the home space. This house is more of a restful sanctuary. I am a pretty peaceful, respectful housemate and expect other folks who stay here to be the same. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all common areas during their stay.

After a life of traveling to and living in many places, I chose Charlottesville as my hometown because it is awesome! I now run a restaurant and own a sweet little home in Bellmont with a view of the not so far off mountains. I choose to host for Airbnb because I enjoy meeting people and still being a part of the traveling community. My years of travel and hospitality experience help me to know how to keep my home inviting and comfortable for guests. I spend many of my off work hours reading, hiking, tinkering on the house, or hanging out with friends around town.
