This property is centrally located in the old heart of Urk. It is a spacious home that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Enjoy all that the old village of Urk has to offer. Wander through the narrow alleys and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the waterfront.

The space
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and spacious sink. All bedrooms have new beds with new mattresses!
On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen, a 2nd toilet and washing machine. To top it all off, there is a large basement under the house, where there is another bedroom and a large playroom with a foosball table.
Here your children can play in a large space, so you can enjoy your well-deserved rest.

There is no garden at the house, but there is an opportunity to sit outside in front of the house. Outdoor chairs are provided for this purpose.
