  • Our stay at Wayan and Ayu was fantastic. Their house lies in the middle of breathtaking woods and jungles, where you can make some nice hikes. Wayan is always ready to show you the real Bali and gives awesome tours. Thereby he is really good company. The hospitality of Ayu is without boundaries, and her food is amazing. An additional compliment goes to Wayan and Ayu's boys, named Agus and Anta. They took us for walks and where making fun with us all the time. Especially, the walk to the river with them is a true recommendation. We felt part of the family for 4 days and it felt great. We experienced meeting the other guests and spending time together during dinner and evenings as a welcome addition to our stay. ( thanks Ben, Isabelle, Sofie, Noah, Amy and Andrea for your company, especially during the Holland vs. Mexico match ;) ) Stay here for a few days and get to know the real Bali, far from the hectic and busy Kuta or Seminyak and surround yourself with this openhearted, kind and caring people.

  • If you are looking for a home away from home - this is the place! Here you can learn about hospitality! It was such a pleasure to meet Wayan, Ayu and there 2 sons. We stayed one week with our 2 children, 5 years and 11 month old and we all loved it and found it hard to leave. We were pampered with delicious food, coffee / tea every time, room service and last but not least - babysitting during the meals, what a luxury! Thanks to Ayu for preparing special baby food, our son loved it! Beware of the big dining table - it's like a trap ;-) once you are sitting there it's hard to get away. It was the meeting point with all the other very kind and interesting guests we met during our stay and almost every day we extend breakfast and dinner hours and hours with having most interesting conversations. Greetings to all of you!
Wayan, Ayu: thank you for let us being part of the family!

  • The villa, Wayan, Ayu, the kids Agus and Anta, the drivers, fellow travelers that I met (hey Joey!!) are all beyond my expectation for a vacation. Way beyond!! Any vacation!!

Everybody would get their own something out of Wayan's that you would not have experienced anywhere else. It's hard to describe. Those little experiences that money can't buy.

I've booked for 2 nights, extended for another 4 nights. How I wished I had more nights available!

  • We had such an amazing time with Wayan and his family. We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and we liked it so much that we booked 3 more nights at the end. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The villa really is a home away from home and you quickly become part of the family along with the other guests. The surrounding village and rice fields are incredible and the people are always smiling and super friendly. Our trip to Bali was undoubtedly one of the best experiences of our lives and much of it is in huge part thanks to Wayan, Ayu, their sons and their community. It was really great to eat Ayu's home cooking, pick ferns around the river with Agus and Fido, taste bananas from the garden, and visit some spots near the village in a vintage Volkswagen. Overall, everything was amazing and wonderful and staying outside of the busy city was a unique and relaxing experience. Definitely recommend staying here and we hope to go back someday soon!

  • My stay here had been amazing!
This is probably the closest authentic Balinese homestay I had ever experienced in Bali. Wayan, and his wife, Ayu, is an exceptional host and will go all out to make your stay memorable and meaningful. Ayu's cooking is just heavenly.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to experience a real Balinese home stay to consider staying at least 3 nights at this place.

The facilities in this place is very cozy, clean and comes with all modern amenities.

  • Book your best nature getaway here now! Wayan has built a beautiful set of cottages-he has a great approach to ecotourism and community building for the well being of his whole village. I value that immensely. We stayed in the very spacious back cottage surrounded by lush fruit and palm trees. It is very well built and has an amazing outdoor bathroom. Tho there's no AC we didn't find it too hot at all. Ayu will feed you only the best home cooked meal and help arrange for just about anything you need. I especially appreciated her magic oil when I fell and coming to pick us up when we got lost walking in the rice terraces (haha clearly I'm clumsy and easily lost). The tranquility and natural beauty are priceless. And when we did want to go into town or see the waterfalls, Wayan and Ayu had awesome friendly drivers ready for us whenever we said the word. Ayu also arranged for us to get massages, Cade was great! Would go back in a heartbeat as there was so much more we didn't see- our trip was only three days- way too short there but definitely worth every minute and every rupiah. Many thanks to the supremely hospitable Wayan, Ayu and family (and Fido too, who was sweet company on our walk!). We will miss the delicious food and all the birds of paradise leading to our beautiful room!

  • Wonderful! Our very first stay in Bali and the best! Wayan, Ayu and their two sons welcomed us very heartily and introduced us to the Balinese way of life. Ayu's cooking is excellent! We enjoyed the company of Anta and Agus on our tour! The cottage is lovely and charmingly furnished and Wayan's garden is most beautfiul.
    Highly recommending Cozy Sueta's B&B!

  • I cannot say enough good things about Wayan, Ayu and their family. They welcomed us and our children like long lost relatives and showed us so much kindness and patience. Their own children were unfailingly kind, polite and helpful and my kids worshipped them both. There were tears when we left and we will most certainly be back. Everything that was good about our trip to Bali was thanks to Wayan and Ayu and we are extremely grateful for their trust, care and generosity. Thank you!

  • We were really privileged to have had the opportunity to stay one night at Wayan's BnB. Aside from the beautiful property he has built for his family and guests, it was inspiring to meet a host who is making certain his work benefits the community. The food that his wife cooked was delicious and we enjoyed taking a walk around the village with the children (and assorted dogs). Though it was my third trip to Bali, I believe that this is a perfect place for first-timers to visit. And we feel that even the most expensive accommodation in Bali couldn't compare to this experience of staying here.

  • Oh my god, were do we start. Our stay with Wayan and his family was AMAZING. As you can read in all the reviews, it's a home away from home and they treat you like family. We fell even more in love with the village and the traditional Balinese (Hindu) life.
Wayan is a fantastic tourguide and a Bali gila, Ayu is the best hostess and cook we ever met and really lucu :)
Their sons Agus and Anta are the sweetest boys ever, we had so much fun together. We saw and did amazing things, but there is so much more to discover!

We made a promise and we'll keep it; we are definitly coming back next year!! Can't wait to drink some palmwine/Bintang with Wayan and cook some homemade sate lilit with Ayu! Oh and off course play Uno!

We can honestly say, we miss you...
