Upper Level:
*Open loft area with 1 twin bed & 1 Twin bed that converts to Kind sized bed
*Bedroom with Queen bed
*Half bathroom attached to Queen Bedroom

Outside:
*Driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars
*Spacious back deck with seating area, hot tub, fire pit, picnic table, and propane grill(propane provided)

Guest access
*Gated community - all guests must check in with security at gate
*Parking for 6 vehicles in driveway - no parking on street
*Booking does not include amenity wristbands, since not all guests want to use the amenities we don't want to charge you unless we know you will - If you want the wristbands they are $10 each (children under 6 do not need one) they will grant access to the following: 4 lakes, 2 beaches, 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 1 tennis court, 3 playgrounds.
*Amenity wristbands will be picked up by the guest. They must be worn at all times at the amenities.

Schedule of amenities:
Spring to Fall - Lakes, basketball, fishing lake
First week of June to Labor Day - Outdoor pools(2)
(Schedule may change without prior notice)
**Amenities available at Communities' Discretion - may close without prior notice.

Other things to note
Guests are required to register with Indian Mountain Lakes, however we will handle that for our guests. You will be required to provide us with the following in order for us to fill out the form for you:
*Name of renter
*Primary mailing address
*Primary phone number
*First and Last name of each additional guest

** Information is due 4 days prior to check in before check-in instructions will be provided**
**NEW COMMUNITY RULE, if booking 2 days before check-in it is a $75 security rush fee.



Included in our nightly rates is a $110 community fee that we do not get any of the proceeds from, this is strictly for our community to process our guests with security, 24-hour/7-day-a-week community security and to pay for all of the amenities our community provides.
