The building includes three bedrooms designed for eight people but can accommodate 10, including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed, making this welcoming property suitable for all your guests. The property features one bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower (with power massage shower heads), and a hairdryer for your convenience. Outdoor:
When outdoors, you will have a gazebo with mosquito nets, a gaming room with a 3-in-1 table - pool table, tennis & gaming table, and another with a sitting area. There is a large kids' playground, an organized fire pit area, a vast outdoor area, a dock, and access to a private canoe/kayak launch (we provide a canoe, one large kayak, two kids' kayaks, and one inflatable paddle boat). A plastic fishing boat and fishing kayak is available for an additional price, additional damage deposit can be required. At night, enjoy a solar-powered lighting show. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the sun room near the porch. An extensive collection of safety vests and several safety sets are located in the green shed near the lounges, and you are encouraged to use them. If you have your vest, please bring it, especially for kids. Please store all equipment in the exact location where it was at the beginning of your visit.

Large playground in woods provided unique fun experience for your kids. Please, pay attention on weight and age limitations . Carousel is for kids age 3-8 th.

Pay attention- this is a family cottage. Our grandchildren play same toys, please respect and make sure not to broke any toys. All toys at property are extras. If you found any broken toys, please let us know so we could charge previous visitors for damage. We are apologize for inconvenience if any peaces missed but during Summer season impossible to controll all items provided.
Pets:
We allow two pets during your stay, but they must be reported, and an additional cleaning fee must be paid. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Some poop bags can be found on the tree near the playground, and a poop bin is located nearby. You can use our dog's bed under the king bed or in the sun room. Our dog's water and food bowls are located under the sink.
We are providing a few dog/pets towels ( check in sunroom) . In case of you using it for your pet, please wash and dry and put back in box.
We will charge extra cleaning fee if towels left dirty.
Difficult Weather Conditions:
During winter, in case of difficult weather conditions, credit/exchange dates or a full refund (depending on the situation) will be provided if cancellation is requested a day before the booking. We encourage you to check the weather conditions before your stay.
Pictures vs. Original:
We constantly update the indoor and outdoor areas so that the pictures may differ slightly from the original.
Mosquitoes/Insects:
We are doing what we can to maintain our property naturally to reduce the population of mosquitoes, but you should use sprays outdoors and keep doors closed.
Garbage Disposal:
Please pay attention. We have a large wooded area near us, and animals like snakes, turtles, deer, and so on can be around. Make sure to pick up garbage daily and put it in the green bin near the white shed.
If there is an excess of waste (more than fits in the green bin), it must be reported a day before the end of your stay so we can arrange extra pickup for an additional charge. The property is checked after each stay, so your deposit will be charged a $200 fine if any garbage is left in the woods. Please use the provided clear bags only for garbage.

Use of Fire Pit:
Please use the fire pit after 8 pm and only if there is no fire pit ban. Currently, we are not providing firewood, but you can buy it across a bridge near the post office or at any gas station.
Essentials:
We provide some essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, but we cannot provide essentials for the entire stay. Towels can be provided for an additional fee at the time of reservation or the host's request. We encourage you to purchase essentials at a nearby convenience store in Cloyne, 14265 Hwy 41, Cloyne, ON K0H 1K0, or at Foodland in Northbrook. We provide Starlink unlimited internet with WiFi. As the area is remote, please ensure you always have maps uploaded to navigate to nearby attractions.
Toys/Inflatable Water Toys/Watercraft:
Please inspect each toy before use. We are not responsible for missing or broken items. All items provided are as a bonus. If you find any broken equipment, please inform us immediately to avoid charges from the deposit. The use of watercraft is your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries. All watercraft located in the safe area and must be returned to that area daily.
Woods:
Please be aware that the outdoor area is vast. Be cautious and watch your step when walking outdoors. Some tree roots near the playground may be hidden, so please do not encourage your kids to run there. We are not liable for any injuries; you use those areas at your own risk.
Mummy Troll shed:
Mummy Troll Shed is unique resting area with two outdoor beds and some mattresses. Sleeping bags can be provided per request. We are not allowed to use any indoor bedding inside of shed or any place outdoor. Please, use providing or bring your. Shed is only provided for day rest, meditation or overnight experience for registered guests.
Grass Maintenance:
Our maintenance team does its best to maintain the outdoor grass as best and typically does so during exchange times. However, sometimes, they may need to cut the grass based on weather conditions during your stay. We will do our best to inform you about the grass-cutting schedule.
Flower Areas:
I love flowers and have several areas with flower beds. Please do not step in those areas or throw garbage in them.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside, within 15 feet of the house and woods, or near trees. A few bug boxes (on the deck and porch and a black movable bin near the fire pit) have been installed around the cottage. Please do not throw any bugs on the grass.
Fireworks/Candles:
We do not allow the use of fireworks or candles on our property. If found, your deposit will be charged a fine depending on the damage (minimum fine - $200).
Kids:
A kids' crib is in the sun room or inside a closet on the second floor. Additionally, there is a chair in the sun room or living room for kids. Kids' plates are set in the kitchen cabinet, and toys are available at the playground in the box. Please return all equipment to its original place.
Parking:
We have space for up to 4 vehicles on our property. Driving or parking on the grass is prohibited.
Video Cameras/Noise Aware:
The property has video cameras overlooking the parking area and backyard. Any attempt to shut down the cameras during your stay will result in a fine. Noise-aware devices are installed inside and outside to monitor the decibel level and ensure that only the allowed number of guests are on the property. In case of neighbor complaints, we can provide a report. Noise is prohibited from 11 p.m. until 8 a.m.
Hot tub:
Our 4 season 6 person outdoor hottub cleaned after each guests. Extra cleaning available for additional 100$. please put outside chlorine flooding plastic box when using tub and put it back when not in use. Please, have a shower before getting to hottub - our outdoor shower can be perfect solution. Any oils and creams used on the body must be cleaned before entering. Please, read hot tub instructions. carefully and use according your health conditions. Any use of drinks in hot tub prohibited.
Boats/trailers:
You can park your boat or trailer near the white shed and launch it in any nearby public boat launch. We are not allowed to launch a boat or any other heavy equipment on our kayak lunch; Also we is not allowed to drive on the grass with any type of vehicle, including any small jeeps or other vehicles.
Water can be shallow near the bridge and from the cottage's right side.
Septic tank & septic field :
The Septic tank is behind a large flower box, and a septic field is nearby between bushes. There is also a septic tank under power.
No smoking or driving in that area.
In case of emergency, near by Hospitall- Smiths Fall District Hospital about an hour drive with emergency room 24/7 . Alternatively, you can go to Sharbot lake Family Health team - they have after hours urgent care clinic Tuesday & Wednesday from 5-8 pm - distance about 30 minutes from cottage.

We provide some essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, but we cannot provide essentials for the entire stay. Towels can be provided for an additional fee at the time of reservation or the host's request. We encourage you to purchase essentials at a nearby convenience store in Cloyne, 14265 Hwy 41, Cloyne, ON K0H 1K0, or at Foodland in Northbrook. Internet:
We provide Starlink unlimited internet with WiFi. As the area is remote, please ensure you always have maps uploaded to navigate to nearby attractions.
Toys/Inflatable Water Toys/Watercraft:
Please inspect each toy before use. We are not responsible for missing or broken items. All items provided are as a bonus. If you find any broken equipment, please inform us immediately to avoid charges from the deposit. The use of watercraft is your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries. All watercraft located in the safe area and must be returned to that area daily.
Woods:
Please be aware that the outdoor area is vast. Be cautious and watch your step when walking outdoors. Some tree roots near the playground may be hidden, so please do not encourage your kids to run there. We are not liable for any injuries; you use those areas at your own risk.
Mummy Troll shed:
Mummy Troll Shed is unique resting area with two outdoor beds and some mattresses. Sleeping bags can be provided per request. We are not allowed to use any indoor bedding inside of shed or any place outdoor. Please, use providing or bring your. Shed is only provided for day rest, meditation or overnight experience for registered guests.
Grass Maintenance:
Our maintenance team does its best to maintain the outdoor grass as best and typically does so during exchange times. However, sometimes, they may need to cut the grass based on weather conditions during your stay. We will do our best to inform you about the grass-cutting schedule.
Flower Areas:
I love flowers and have several areas with flower beds. Please do not step in those areas or throw garbage in them.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside, within 15 feet of the house and woods, or near trees. A few bug boxes (on the deck and porch and a black movable bin near the fire pit) have been installed around the cottage. Please do not throw any bugs on the grass.
Fireworks/Candles:
We do not allow the use of fireworks or candles on our property. If found, your deposit will be charged a fine depending on the damage (minimum fine - $200).
Kids:
A kids' crib is in the sun room or inside a closet on the second floor. Additionally, there is a chair in the sun room or living room for kids. Kids' plates are set in the kitchen cabinet, and toys are available at the playground in the box. Please return all equipment to its original place.
Parking:
We have space for up to 4 vehicles on our property. Driving or parking on the grass is prohibited.
Video Cameras/Noise Aware:
The property has video cameras overlooking the parking area and backyard. Any attempt to shut down the cameras during your stay will result in a fine. Noise-aware devices are installed inside and outside to monitor the decibel level and ensure that only the allowed number of guests are on the property. In case of neighbor complaints, we can provide a report. Noise is prohibited from 11 p.m. until 8 a.m.
Hot tub:
Our 4 season 6 person outdoor hottub cleaned after each guests. Extra cleaning available for additional 100$. please put outside chlorine flooding plastic box when using tub and put it back when not in use. Please, have a shower before getting to hottub - our outdoor shower can be perfect solution. Any oils and creams used on the body must be cleaned before entering. Please, read hot tub instructions. carefully and use according your health conditions. Any use of drinks in hot tub prohibited.
Boats/trailers:
You can park your boat or trailer near the white shed and launch it in any nearby public boat launch. We are not allowed to launch a boat or any other heavy equipment on our kayak lunch; Also we is not allowed to drive on the grass with any type of vehicle, including any small jeeps or other vehicles.
Water can be shallow near the bridge and from the cottage's right side.
Septic tank & septic field :
The Septic tank is behind a large flower box, and a septic field is nearby between bushes. There is also a septic tank under power.
No smoking or driving in that area.
In case of emergency, near by Hospitall- Smiths Fall District Hospital about an hour drive with emergency room 24/7 . Alternatively, you can go to Sharbot lake Family Health team - they have after hours urgent care clinic Tuesday & Wednesday from 5-8 pm - distance about 30 minutes from cottage.
