Welcome to our charming canal-side retreat in OIB! This cozy Airbnb offers a picturesque setting with stunning views of the canal. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 11 guests. Relax in the comfortable living area, cook meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and unwind on the deck overlooking the serene canal. Launch your boat from the private dock or enjoy your time by the newly 9x16 heated pool. Just a short walk to the public beach access.

The space
This beautiful canal water front home has a ton of space to offer. The laundry room is right outside the front door, to the right. When you enter through the front door, notice the freshly new paint throughout the home. 3 bedrooms on first floor and one bedroom upstairs with a private bathroom. The outside deck has a latching gate to help ease the mind a little more. While you’re out there, enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise. 9x16 pool with optional pool heater available! There are NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PET visitors are allowed, no pets in yard, no pets in pool, no pets anywhere on property at any point during your stay. Thank you for understanding! People caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given

This house was fully renovated down to the studs! It is located on one of the few canal streets in OIB with direct beach walk access, truly a beach goer and boaters paradise! Dock available for use upon request!
