Discover the contemporary jewel of Cabrils, an impressive villa with sea views, just 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona. With a privileged location on the north coast of Barcelona between sea and mountains, this house is the perfect place for those looking for luxury and tranquility.

The villa has been carefully designed to make the most of the panoramic sea views, with large windows that fill every corner with natural light and allow you to enjoy stunning sunsets from the comfort of your own oasis.

The large exteriors that surround the property with trees and vegetation provide maximum privacy and a perfect refuge for relaxation and well-being. In addition, the lap pool invites to cool off on warm days and enjoy moments of leisure in the open air.

The house is distributed over two floors, offering a wide variety of spaces to enjoy. On the first floor, there are three designer double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with a double bed and the third with a trundle bed. On the same floor there is a full bathroom.

The ground floor will welcome you with an open-plan day area, where the kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room, merge and connect directly with the garden and porch, where you will find an outdoor dining room and a barbecue area.

On the same floor there is another double bedroom with its own full bathroom.

This house has been recently renovated with attention to detail and quality in mind. From the exposed concrete walls to the micro-cement floors with underfloor heating, each element has been selected to provide you with a luxurious experience. In addition, it has all kinds of amenities such as air conditioning, double glazing, security enclosures and ambient lighting.

The property consists of a covered garage for two cars and a laundry and storage area.

It is important to note that parties are strictly prohibited in this property, to guarantee the tranquility and comfort of guests and neighbors.
