Modern, classic, luxurious, and comfortable. Lakefront four bedroom (1 K, 2 Q, trundle with 2 singles) with epic year round environment and beautiful nature and lake views from almost everywhere. Wrap around deck on main level accompanied by decks on all three of the upstairs bedrooms. All new kitchen, Bathrooms, and basement with movie theater. Hot tub, fire pit, dock on lake for swimming and fishing. Outdoor dining on main deck with grill. Lush private feel without being too far from town.

The space
Modern, luxurious, classic, and pure Catskills all at once. Main street in Jeffersonville is just a moment down the road, with a bevy of shops and restaurants. Centrally located near Livingston Manor, Callicoon, Roscoe, and very close to Bethel Woods if you are looking to catch a show. Farms roll out plentifully and offer local milk, produce, and meats. Our guidebook is a great asset to planning your trip. If you have any questions or would like more information, don't hesitate to ask. Home of the Catskill Book Retreat. All amenities are spoken for, down to the poker table and movie theater. The hot tub is a wonderful respite just outside of the lower deck doors.
We are the most prominent residence on Lake Jeff, with our own private dock for swimming and fishing - as well as five kayaks available to use. The swimming in the lake is great and the lake is deeply underfished, so the bass and perch are ready and waiting for you.
