The apartment is on the Ground floor thus allowing for ease of access.

We are situated just 4.5km from the city center and the Central Business District and 2.6km from the renown Westland’s Shopping area home to some of Nairobi's prime shopping complexes including the well-known Sarit centre
The police station is a three minute walk from Joes place there is access to public transportation (matatus) that would charge anywhere from KShs 50 to 60 for a ride to the center of town. This option is for the brave-at-heart. It's generally safe, but we do offer an alternate (maybe safer) option- Uber and normal taxi services that are available 24 hours a day. They are just a phone call away.
Should you require car rental during your stay or excursions around the region, these can be arranged for you through any of our partners. Private tailor made tours available on request.
With all that Westland’s has to offer, the area is one of the most autonomous areas in Nairobi and thereby reduces the need to travel through the city's famous traffic.
The airport is 20.8km away and can easily be reached by Uber or Taxi (We do arrange Airport transfers on request for all our guests).
Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood provides excellent, secure and safe accommodation. Adjacent to Kileleshwa Police Station so you can feel very secure. Premises has 2m boundary Wall with electric fencing in secure estate with 24 hour manned & controlled access. With a fence surrounding the perimeter, 24-hr security, the location is safe for travel on foot (for a short relaxing walk), or by car or taxi at any time during the day or night.

1) Furniture: rooms have beds, built-in wardrobes and mirrors
2) Full use of the entire kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils etc. We do request our esteemed guests to clean up after themselves i.e.: - wash dishes, throw away trash appropriately, store food correctly etc.
3) Luggage storage in the event that a guest has to leave and return.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Single guests will have a choice of bedrooms. Ease of access as the apartment is on the ground floor. One dedicated parking slot is available. Additional guest parking slots are available on the basis of shared parking slots.

Other things to note
Guests may smoke outside the apartment. We request guests to leave the apartment in the condition they found it in.
House help available on request for a nominal fee. Otherwise you may clean up after you use. Please lock the apartment at all times just as you would lock a hotel room. Always carry your key with you as the door locks automatically. Carrying the keys with you will avoid you being locked out of the house.
Shopping facility is close by at Kasuku centre opposite the Kileleshwa Police Station on Gem Migori Road. You can get most supplies easily from Kasuku Centre. The area is very secure as it is adjacent to Kileleshwa Police Station. Guests may smoke outside the apartment. One dedicated parking slot 1-02B is available together with shared parking slots for visitors on a first come first served basis. Parties can only be allowed with prior written permission.

The apartment has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom as well as a separate guest toilet. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The entire apartment is let to one guest at a time. We do not take different guest at the same time. This allows one full privacy at a very reasonable charge.
It is a single story and ground floor apartment close to most amenities in Nairobi. The perfect place to relax and or work from as it is very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the central business district. It is also very secure as it is situated adjacent to the Kileleshwa police station in Nairobi. The apartment has manned 24 hour access control behind a high security wall with electrical fencing. Therefore you can relax knowing you will be very safe in the neighbourhood.
You will only be minutes away from most amenities and there is a local supermarket walking distance away. The major restaurants, shopping malls, pharmacies, hospitals are all minutes away.
There is secure parking available.
The apartment also has a jogging track which is great for walking and running as well as a swimming pool on site.
The apartment is available for long term reservations as well as short term reservations.
