Three spacious bed roomed all en-suite fully furnished ultra-modern luxury apartment in Nairobi's finest upmarket and leafy suburb. Has one King size bed and two Queen-size beds.
Fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen with granite worktops. Spacious living room and separate dining room.
Separate Guest toilet. Private Balcony and Utility area. Modern and efficient Washing machine available.
Parking available for one vehicle.
The apartment is on the Ground floor thus allowing for ease of access.

Easy access to the CBD and Westland’s, Yaya center, Junction shopping malls as well as Airports. Close to public transport. We are situated just 4.5km from the city center and the Central Business District and 2.6km from the renown Westland’s Shopping area home to some of Nairobi's prime shopping complexes including the well-known Sarit centre
The police station is a three minute walk from Joes place there is access to public transportation (matatus) that would charge anywhere from KShs 50 to 60 for a ride to the center of town. This option is for the brave-at-heart. It's generally safe, but we do offer an alternate (maybe safer) option- Uber and normal taxi services that are available 24 hours a day. They are just a phone call away.
Should you require car rental during your stay or excursions around the region, these can be arranged for you through any of our partners. Private tailor made tours available on request.
With all that Westland’s has to offer, the area is one of the most autonomous areas in Nairobi and thereby reduces the need to travel through the city's famous traffic.
The airport is 20.8km away and can easily be reached by Uber or Taxi (We do arrange Airport transfers on request for all our guests).
Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood provides excellent, secure and safe accommodation. Adjacent to Kileleshwa Police Station so you can feel very secure. Premises has 2m boundary Wall with electric fencing in secure estate with 24 hour manned & controlled access. With a fence surrounding the perimeter, 24-hr security, the location is safe for travel on foot (for a short relaxing walk), or by car or taxi at any time during the day or night.

3) Luggage storage in the event that a guest has to leave and return.
4) Use of the garden and its facilities including the Swimming pool and jogging track.
5) Space for parking in the compound

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Single guests will have a choice of bedrooms. Ease of access as the apartment is on the ground floor. One dedicated parking slot is available. Additional guest parking slots are available on the basis of shared parking slots.

Located in an up-market area. Safe and secure neighbourhood which is adjacent to Kileleshwa Police Station. The ground floor apartment offers ease of access. This is a very safe gated community with 24 hour manned access control.
Easy access to major freeways. Close to shopping malls & city centre.

Getting around

Close to public transport. Uber Taxi's are only a phone call away. Easy access to major freeways and several places of interest are close by.

Other things to note

Guests may smoke outside the apartment. We request guests to leave the apartment in the condition they found it in.

House help available on request for a nominal fee. Otherwise you may clean up after you use. Please lock the apartment at all times just as you would lock a hotel room. Always carry your key with you as the door locks automatically. Carrying the keys with you will avoid you being locked out of the house.
Shopping facility is close by at Kasuku centre opposite the Kileleshwa Police Station on Gem Migori Road. You can get most supplies easily from Kasuku Centre. The area is very secure as it is adjacent to Kileleshwa Police Station. Guests may smoke outside the apartment. One dedicated parking slot 1-02B is available together with shared parking slots for visitors on a first come first served basis. Parties can only be allowed with prior written permission.

This was a great base for a first time trip to Nairobi. Jo and Edwin gave an incredible welcome. They were patient with me when I was running late and understanding when my plans changed. The hosting was very good and they were never far away by . I took the airport transfer from Edwin. It made things a lot less stressful. The apartment is very big and the rooms are large. I thought it was excellent value for money. There are great restaurants and bars that you can get to with a 15 minute Uber journey. Nairobi doesn't really have a city centre, it is made up of pots of suburbs. It felt like this apartment was close enough to each of them so visiting other places was easy. Staying here was great and added a lot of value to my trip overall. I would recommend without hesitation.

This place is exactly as advertised and more. Closed secured community, large clean home that would be perfect for families. Edwin and Josephine are awesome hosts, you ask they act. I have made up my mind that this is where i will be staying on my future visits to Nairobi!

I loved the place . I would definitely love to come there the next time I am in Kenya . The house was very spacious. A few minutes to town . Clean place and the security is just the best. I enjoyed every bit of it. It's a great place for family. We had everything we needed during our stay. The shops / grocery was just outside the gate. I couldn't ask for a better place to be.

Joe's apartment is place is really awesome and close to social amenities and restaurants in westlands and the upper side of Nairobi. Highly recommended!!! The apartment is private and well positioned making it easy to get to. The host was very quick to respond. Highly recommended!

I am Joe. My favourite travel destination is any place where one can meet new culture and learn about the local people.
A beautiful fully furnished apartment is waiting for you.
The apartment has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom as well as a separate guest toilet. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The entire apartment is let to one guest at a time. We do not take different guest at the same time. This allows one full privacy at a very reasonable charge.
It is a single story and ground floor apartment close to most amenities in Nairobi. The perfect place to relax and or work from as it is very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the central business district. It is also very secure as it is situated adjacent to the Kileleshwa police station in Nairobi. The apartment has manned 24 hour access control behind a high security wall with electrical fencing. Therefore you can relax knowing you will be very safe in the neighbourhood.
You will only be minutes away from most amenities and there is a local supermarket walking distance away. The major restaurants, shopping malls, pharmacies, hospitals are all minutes away.
There is secure parking available.
The apartment also has a jogging track which is great for walking and running as well as a swimming pool on site.
The apartment is available for long term reservations as well as short term reservations.
You are welcome to make special requests. All requests will be responded to within as short a period as possible.
