This early 1900's Victorian gem, once a lively parsonage, art gallery, and now a bed and breakfast boasts a fruitful New Orleans history! A place of respite and recharge for travelers, wanderers, families, artists, and nomads.

With a private second-floor balcony facing east, this sun-filled apartment offers privacy while being surrounded by the unique beauty is on the boarder of two of New Orleans most colorful and welcoming neighborhoods; the Bywater and the Marigny.

The space
This crisp and bright second-floor abode is the perfect retreat for those searching for a more unique New Orleans stay!

Just down the block from famous historic Frenchmen street, less than a mile walk to the French Quarter, CBD, and steps off St. Claude Avenue. Head to Crescent Park for a leisurely stroll or jog along the mighty Mississippi. The surroundings serve up a clean, comfortable, private and secure offering for your stay. You'll be within walking of the best dining, bars, and live entertainment the city has to offer!

Fully refreshed in 2023 you'll sleep easy in a queen size bed and relax in a period appropriate cast iron clawfoot shower/tub. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, two comfortable sofas, TV and high-speed wifi to suit the comforts needed for vacationers and executive guests.

The Marigny is full of life and energy! For those light sleepers, there is a train a few blocks away that will sound its horn intermittently. You’ll be able to hear it, along with some road noise, during your stay. There is a sound machine in the bedroom for white noise , if you need it!

Guests will be provided with both a front gate code, and door code, to access the apartment. You'll be able to check in and out on your own, but I'm here if you need anything!

The balcony is private and exclusively for guests. Please refrain from using the first-floor porch, and backyard, as they are the owners, during your stay.

To respect the allergies of other guests, this apartment is pet and smoke/vape-free.
