**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!

You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale unit with King Bed, Queen Sleeper sofa and twin beds in open loft area with ship's ladder. Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat (seasonal), hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

2. Smart/roku tv that has cable with TONS of stations. and access to Netflix, Hulu, etc.

3. Corn hole, life size chess, board games, sand area, Connect4, grill, and a bunch of other things.

5. Resort pool, year round hot tub, playground, volleyball area, and in ground trampoline! HUGE hit with the kiddos.

Neighborhood highlights

We are a mini-resort on the lake on a country road. Neighborhood has a pool, hot tub, splash pad, on-land beach area, giant chess set, seating, playground with slides, swings and in-ground trampoline. Some lake access with 4 square volleyball, full-size volleyball, corn hole, complimentary kayajs and picnic table by the lake.
