  • A large, clean, private guesthouse behind a residence. Although on a busy suburban street, the space was rather quiet. Offstreet parking in back was a plus. Kitchenette plenty for our needs and not especially suitable for ambitious cooking. Host was reliable, friendly, lovely and kind, and left flowers and breakfast food. Some nice furnishings, and fairly sterile and utilitarian space otherwise in a typical San Fernando Valley residential neighborhood on the far west side - probably more suitable for extended stay or business rather than a romantic couple's getaway. Near much shopping, starbucks, etc. Good value for the price.

  • I stayed at Cathy's place for 10 days while working.Cathy is a very kind and sweet lady who works hard to make her guests feel comfortable. She was very responsive with communication and made booking easy. The apt is very clean with a comfortable couch and bed, close to everything in Woodland hills area. The only thing I found inconvenient was the set up in the kitchen area. The fridge is not located close to the kitchen area sink and toaster/grill so it makes preparing a light meal difficult. If you don't plan on cooking at all then its not an issue. There are several parks nearby and great shopping! Thanks Cathy for a very nice experience!

  • Cathy is an awesome host and very kind. Whenever we had any questions we could give her a call and she helped us in every way any time. The service was great in every aspect. We loved to stay at Cathys house because it is a chilly area with all facilities pretty close that you could ask for. The neighborhood is friendly and invitingly. Also the highwayconnection to 101 is just 5 minutes away.
We've had a wonderful time and we can highly recommend to have more than a glimpse and enjoy your happy vacation at Cathys!
We love to come back and try out one of the other accomodations from Cathy next time!
    Thank you so much Cathy!
Love an regards from Antonia and Andy

  • Excellent location. We'd never been in LA and we were worried that Woodland Hills might be too much of a suburb for us, but we were wrong. Plenty to do in the area, and everything else is close if you know how to avoid traffic.

Good restaurants nearby, close to a Ralphs and several other stores, not to mention the mall and the movie theater.

Nice and clean apartment with a private entrance, and the cleaning service every week is fantastic.

  • Cathy is amazing! We needed a place to stay for a month before our new place was ready, and this place was great. It's near the shops and the Westfield Topanga, and there is a Starbucks within walking distance - what more could you ask for?

Cathy is great - she wants to help and is eager to please. She even left us a treat every week on cleaning day and she gave my daughter some toys and colouring books.

We had a great experience and we would highly recommend it!
