This apartment is right in the heart of St Kilda and all main St Kilda atractions are minutes away. Fully furnished one bedroom with separate lounge and separate dining room. Lounge room has fold down double bed for use as 2nd bedroom. Also bathroom with laundry facilities. Tandem security car park for 2 cars. Includes 50" plasma TV, Wi fi ( please note this is prepaid 4 Gig or a top up is included for each stay, after this if you wish to top up with Optus cost is approx $40.00 per 4 gig ) , furniture, fully equipped kitchen, linen, cuttlery etc. As shown in pictures. Please note is on 3rd floor top right ( no lift ) as seen in pictures. Amazing location right in the heart of St Kilda. Amazing outlook to Alfred Sq and sand and sea as seen in pictures. Please note this is NOT Versace Palazio! It is not a 4-5 star motel. It is an older style apartment in an old block with amazing views and comfortable accommodation. 95% of people that stay here love it. However it hasnt met everyones expectations?, Unfortunately I have to write this to dissuade that 5% from booking because I want all my guests to have a wonderful stay. The unit was in an exceptional location with terrific access to trams, restaurants and local attractions. The layout of the unit made it suitable for my business colleague and I to share the accommodation without getting in each others way. While the weather in Melbourne can be hit and miss, the unit was well equipped for both cold and warm weather. Given it is on the top floor, be prepared to get some exercise on the stairs. There is off street secure parking however it is quite a tight spot so don't turn up in a Hummer and expect to get it in. We had a mid size SUV and while it was tight, it was still usable.
The place was great, views to die for.

The apartment was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. The view is just beautiful and the location is ideal for shopping, eating, walking, jogging, bike riding etc.
The tram stop directly out the front is very handy if you don't have a car.
The only thing I would suggest is bring an extra blanket if staying during winter as it can get a bit chilly at night as there is only a small electric heater provided and no additional linen. Otherwise, a great place to stay.
All good. Clean and comfortable. Great view. Only heater that worked was the radiator but that worked well and eventually warmed the flat. Second morning the hot water ran out after one shower around 9 a.m but recovered quickly and fifteen minutes later hot water was back for second shower. Four floors of stairs a lot but worth it when you got there. Enjoyed it.
Bill's penthouse apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view is stunning and it's in a perfect location to Acland st restaurants and chapel st shopping. The city is only a $20 cab far away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. Only thing to be mindful of is if you are travelling with an old person with limited mobility there is about 5 flights of stairs to walk up.
