Secure entry with intercom, renovated entrance area and stairways to building. Wireless broadband internet, (email hidden) mobile phone are in the apartment ready for you to use.
Transport is outside the doorstep. Caledonian Road Overground Station (Zone 1) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and all frequent bus services are only 30 seconds away. Highbury and Islington National Rail and Underground (Victoria Line) Station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment through the tree-lined picturesque Islington neighbourhood of (website hidden). Pancras Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 15-minute walk from the apartment and buses connect frequently from close by. Many buses to the West End and other parts of London can be found just as close.
The centre is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there.

We use a transparent price policy, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay, for up to 4 guests the price remains the same.
Check in is free between 3pm and 7pm, however, if you intended to arrive or depart outside of the standard check in/check out times, there is a £30 fee for early arrivals from 10:30am until 3pm and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 7pm and £60 past 11.30pm. This goes directly to our all female check in team to pay for a taxi home. Check out is until 10am however you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40 (subject to availability).

Clive's flat is very well located ,clean and well appointed. Wifi is strong and we found Clive easy to communicate with and accommodating, even when our plans changed. Rod and Sandy
Appartement petit mais plutôt joli (4 couchages) et bien équipé, si ce n'est la salle de bain, peu pratique...
Départ, par contre, à la limite de l'impolitesse : certes, nous n'étions pas tout à fait prêts à 10h le matin, mais notre fille a du (à 10h15...), finir de remplir son sac sur le trottoir tant Anna (ou Anita ?) était peu aimable et nous reprocher notre retard !
Notre prochain séjour à Londres se fera avec un autre contact...
Bonjour Muriel, je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous avez été déçu avec le départ j'ai parlé avec Anna que vous avez rencontré lors de votre départ et unfortuantely nous avons eu quelqu'un qui arrive dirrectly après votre départ et c'est pourquoi nous avons dû s'en tenir à l'heure de départ convenue de 10h. En signe de bonne volonté si vous avez décidé de venir et de rester avec nous encore dans l'avenir je serais plus qu'heureux de vous offrir une remise de client de retour (comme un signe de bonne volonté). It was very nice to stay at the flat. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood, and incredibly close to shops and restaurants on Caledonian Road. Only problem was that the blow up bed deflated throughout the night. Must be a sneaky little hole somewhere!
The whole experience was fabulous. The flat was neat and cozy; plus, it was close to every attraction we wished to visit as tourists. As of the host, I can only say that we could not have found a kinder one. I would return for sure.
We had a great stay in Clive's flat. Even if the flat is pretty small and there were five of us staying, it worked really well! Clive's team are incredible helpful. The flat is located in Islington, 10mins away from Upper Street with all it's restaurants, shops and bars and the train station is on your doorstep. The flat has everything you could wish for, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryers etc. It's also very clean and comfortable. Can not recommend it highly enough!
Overall very good apartment and convenient location. Only drawback was that we reached out to the host during our stay but didn't hear back.

This apartment has everything you need for a London getaway. The apartment itself handled the four of us very well and we were grateful for a clean place to arrive at. The bus stop is right around the corner and a grocery store right across the street at the corner. It was fun to see how much can fit into a compact place and still be comfortable.
The apartment is located in convenient location. Walking distance to Overground and Tube stations. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores right outside of the apartment. The apartment is small but still fit four of us very well for 4 nights.
Clive is a friendly host. Although we did not meet in person, he gave us all the London's must-have information prior to our arrival. Cliff staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
