Stylish central London apartment in Islington, zone 1, N1. Very central with great transport links on your doorstep. Within close and easy reach to all of London's key attractions, 12 minute bus ride to both Oxford circus and Camden and only 5 min from Kings Cross.
Decorated to a high standard, the apartment is positioned over one floor of a converted Victorian house and has many Victorian features such as sash windows, cast iron radiators, original marble fire fireplace and window shutters. The location is superb being just a ten minute walk from the vibrant and trendy Upper Street. The bedroom overlooks a well kept garden and is perfectly silent considering the apartments location. Very cool in the summer with back to front natural ventilation, and comfortably warm in the wintertime.

Oak flooring with great rugs for a comfortable stay, 32 inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service (freeview), DVD player, ipod or iphone speakers and docking station, fully furnished with extraordinary furniture, automatic central heating, fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge & freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, large corner L-shaped sofa in living room for additional guests (sofa bed sleeps 2 very comfortably). There is a double bed in the bedroom (sleeps 2 others), and extra bedding can be offered for people wanting to sleep separately. Bathroom with bath and shower, and storage throughout. Secure entry with intercom, renovated entrance area and stairways to building. Wireless broadband internet, and a courtesy UK mobile phone are in the apartment ready for you to use.
Transport is outside the doorstep. Caledonian Road Overground Station (Zone 1) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and all frequent bus services are only 30 seconds away. Highbury and Islington National Rail and Underground (Victoria Line) Station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment through the tree-lined picturesque Islington neighbourhood of (website hidden). Pancras Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 15-minute walk from the apartment and buses connect frequently from close by. Many buses to the West End and other parts of London can be found just as close.
The centre is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there.

All maintenance is undertaken in record time with little disruption to the enjoyment of the property. The locality of the apartment is ideal as it is positioned in the heart of N1 (North 1) making it easily accessible to most of the main attractions of London whilst being set in one of London’s most picturesque boroughs. Islington is famous for its nightlife and theaters, it offers an impressive choice to rival the West End. The world famous Sadlers Well Dance Theatre can be reached on foot. Almeida, Union Chapel, O2 academy and live music at local pubs and bars, are just a sample of the incredible range on offer. Well known attractions in the area include the Dickens Museum, the London Canal Museum, Camden Passage antiques market, Chapel Market fruit & veg, Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitafields and Pettycoat Lane. The Emirates football stadium is within walking distance, or a quick bus ride away. The landlord can speak English, Portuguese and Spanish with you.
We use a transparent price policy, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay, for up to 4 guests the price remains the same.
Check in is free between 2:30pm and 6:30pm, however, if you intended to arrive or depart outside of the standard check in/check out times, there is a £30 fee for early arrivals from 10:30am onwards and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 6:30pm and £60 past 11.30pm. This goes directly to our all female check in team to pay for a taxi home. Check out is until 10am however you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40 (subject to availability).

You benefit from use of a courtesy UK mobile/cell phone. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis,
and you are to top up balance to make calls. You can buy vouchers at most convenience
stores. We have always provided this service without any problems to date, but please note
that the use of the courtesy mobile phone is subject to availability, and there is no 100%
Third party services disclaimer: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service
providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maintain all equipment new and in good
working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party
services at all times. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding
reliability track record to date.
Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The tenant is responsible for any pets
allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.
The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free
from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and
check-out is pre-organised; all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for
checkout. This is included in the booking. Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer
stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per
hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact
details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make
arrangements directly at your convenience.
Lost keys: guests will be given two sets of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding
themselves locked out or lose both keys, we apply a charge of £90 for callout, during
business hours 9-5, and £180 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out.
The Angel area is extremely safe, and the building as well, these are general
recommendations and a legal disclaimer. The owner(s) accept no responsibility for any
claims from the Tenant(s) with respect to injury, damage, or loss. The tenants are to
arrange their own contents insurance, or otherwise travel insurance. Any malfunctions or
damages are to be reported immediately to the owner for remedial action. All effort is
undertaken to ensure all functionalities of the property are fully operational. In case of
malfunction, repair ought to be forthcoming, and for prolonged failure a refund or discount
may apply, but the Owner disclaims any responsibility for any business losses arriving from
loss of operation of any functionality in the property. E.g. internet, courtesy mobile phone
etc.. The Tenant is responsible for using both locks on the property door when exiting, and
the lock on the building's front/street door at all times.
Check in is between 3 and 7pm. If you would like to arrive outside of these times then there is a fee applicable.
It is possible to check in at any time, however there is a fee for checking in past 7pm and a fee applicable to checking in prior to 3pm.
