Brand New Apartment ideal for couples and tech savvy's. It's a super sunny studio ideally located to live like a local while being close to all mayor buses and metro lines. The place has the best internet service, and free 3G simcards for each guest
This is a brand new Studio Apatment at the borderline between Palermo and Recoleta, with a super sunny balcony. It's well equipped to provide a comfortable and lovely stay for couples and tech lovers (I have the best internet service in my city, and I provide with free 3G simcards to all my guests). It's ideal for two people, but it comfortably fits three if you ask me to put the extra bed for the third person.
The place is well located to live like a local while being super close to mayor subte lines and buses. Oh! And it comes with the best host ever =)
The apartment comes with the best wifi, a transportation card to pay for buses, a list of cool apps that will make the difference and 3g simcards with free internet to enjoy those apps all day long. Plus everything you see in the pictures: Air conditioner, HD TV with Chromecast and HDMI cable, Full kitchen and bathroom and it does have some extra things such as umbrella, hair dryer and straightener and even a first aid kit. Everything you see in the pictures is for my guests to use and enjoy. The closet remains locked as I use it to store stuff, but for longer rentals I can empty it and offer it to my guest as well (this is for monthly rental, and upon request).
Interaction with Guests
I try to meet every guest in person the day of the Check In, and I'm happy to give you tips about how to make your trip great. I will also assist you before you get here, send you suggestions to help you plan everything, and give you tips while you are in town.
I live very close to the apartment, that's why I’m flexible with the check in and out but if you arrive between 8pm and 8am please ask me BEFORE you make the reservation. If there is other guest on the previous or following day, you will be asked to check in after 2pm and check out before 11am.
I’m a world traveller myself and I get along great with tourists… That being said, if you need anything during your visit, I will be there to assist you and I’ll try as much as I can to help you.
Palermo is a very nice place to live. It's safe and has a very residential feeling combined with local stores.
Mayor buses lines pass through Cabrera street and Cordoba Avenue. It is very easy to get around by bus, and you will also have two mayor subway lines 4 or 5 blocks away from your door.
I can help you get to the apartment from the airport as well, there are some options depending with airport you are landing at. Let me know and I'll be happy to help you.
Other Things to Note
I love technology, and I'm happy to help my guests providing with any cables, chargers or adapters. I have most of them already at my house =) So feel free to ask
This is not the place you want to rent if you are planning to throw a party. The building is full of lovely neighbors, everyone is easy going but as most of them work very early on the morning, they need to rest at night. If you treat the apartment as your own house, and respect the quiet hours at night, you will have a great time here.
Diego was an exceptional host. The studio was a joy- clean, well equipped and thoughtfully presented.
Diego is the real selling point here though- he went above and beyond the call of a host countless times- helping with queries, advising us on the local area, trips, printing tickets, storing our bag when we left for a few days to go to Uruguay before returning and organising somewhere for us to stay as his place was taken.
Excellent communication throughout.
Can't fault him or the studio apartment.
After coming back from my trip to Iguazu I have stayed again with Diego as the experience of the first time was so great (see my other comment further below)! Diego is an amazing person that is so helpful and treats his guests like friends. He will help you to make your BA experience amazing with recommendations where to go and also provides a sube bus card for easy moving around. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as you can see it on the pictures. The location is great for going out at night and has a super bus connection that brings you for low costs to any place of interests in the city. Book your stay with Diego - you will enjoy!
Diego was the perfect host. He is very knowledgable & kind. He made us feel welcome right away & was a fantastic resource to us. Diego's place comes at a premium compared to other options but you'll agree that "the Diego experience" is worth it!
Diego has been an outstanding host with a five star hotel service topped with the helpfulness and kindness of a friend hosting you at his own place.
Before arriving Diego helped me to organize my trip from the airport and was super responsive to any kind of questions. He sent me upfront a list of things to do in Buenos Aires and when I arrived welcomed me in person and made sure I also got some helpful apps for BA as well as everything needed to get started in a new country. The apartment itself is centrally located and as cozy and welcoming as you can see on the airbnb pictures.
I can only recommend Diego as a host and in case you have not planned your trip to BA yet you should definitely do to meet him in person.
If you book this you'll get a fantastic apartment which is exactly as described in the listing and exactly as the photos suggest. Clean, tidy and in a fantastic location to explore Buenos Aries. So convenient for everything and we didn't even use public transport as it's walkable to so many cool districts (but buses do go right past the apartment). The building is safe and clean and the wifi connection was great too.
However, the real highlight of booking this place is Diego. Diego is your one-stop-shop, super concierge and friend in Buenos Aries. After booking we were sent a fantastic guide of things to do and see in BA, which was above and beyond the 'standard' tourist spots. We've ended up visiting quite a few of his recommendations. And whilst here Diego has helped with sim cards, bus bookings, neighbourhood advice, finance, taxis and transport... pretty much everything we have needed to do, he's helped with. And Diego manages to do all this whilst still leaving you in private - he's not the sort of host to impose himself on you, all of this help was at our request or initiated by us. Send him a message and minutes later the offer of help comes back to you.
Diego is exactly the reason we love using AirBnB so much and I can't recommend staying here enough. A passionate guy who cares about his guests and just wants you to have a great stay.
The apartment is very nice and cozy and we felt home immediately=) Even a 9 nights stay for two people was no problem. The neighourhood is perfect to discover Buenos Aires since a lot of nice places are in walking distance.
Diego is really a great host! He showed us everything in the apartment upon arrival and gave us a lot of useful tips where to buy food etc. During our stay he answered questions immediately and thanks to his help we could even use our netflix account at the apartment TV:) All in all, our stay was a great experience and we can warmly recommend the apartment and Diego as a host=)

I've been living in Buenos Aires for almost 6 years now and can't get enough of the vibrant energy, culture and diversity it has to offer.
I LOVE travelling and I'm always planning my next trip. I use Airbnb a lot to meet locals and find great places to stay on my trips, and also to bring a little bit of the world to me as well.
As a guest and a host, I make every effort to be as respectful, accommodating, and friendly as possible, and I treat my guests as friends who are visiting me. I love meeting new people and exploring new places and will always do my best to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Oh! And I also like to try new coffee bean blends, as I'm sort of a coffee geek =)
