About This Listing
Brand New Apartment ideal for couples and tech savvy's. It's a super sunny studio ideally located to live like a local while being close to all mayor buses and metro lines. The place has the best internet service, and free 3G simcards for each guest
This is a brand new Studio Apatment at the borderline between Palermo and Recoleta, with a super sunny balcony. It's well equipped to provide a comfortable and lovely stay for couples and tech lovers (I have the best internet service in my city, and I provide with free 3G simcards to all my guests). It's ideal for two people, but it comfortably fits three if you ask me to put the extra bed for the third person.
The place is well located to live like a local while being super close to mayor subte lines and buses. Oh! And it comes with the best host ever =)
The apartment comes with the best wifi, a transportation card to pay for buses, a list of cool apps that will make the difference and 3g simcards with free internet to enjoy those apps all day long. Plus everything you see in the pictures: Air conditioner, HD TV with Chromecast and HDMI cable, Full kitchen and bathroom and it does have some extra things such as umbrella, hair dryer and straightener and even a first aid kit. Everything you see in the pictures is for my guests to use and enjoy. The closet remains locked as I use it to store stuff, but for longer rentals I can empty it and offer it to my guest as well (this is for monthly rental, and upon request).
Interaction with Guests
I try to meet every guest in person the day of the Check In, and I'm happy to give you tips about how to make your trip great. I will also assist you before you get here, send you suggestions to help you plan everything, and give you tips while you are in town.
I live very close to the apartment, that's why I’m flexible with the check in and out but if you arrive between 8pm and 8am please ask me BEFORE you make the reservation. If there is other guest on the previous or following day, you will be asked to check in after 2pm and check out before 11am.
I’m a world traveller myself and I get along great with tourists… That being said, if you need anything during your visit, I will be there to assist you and I’ll try as much as I can to help you.
Palermo is a very nice place to live. It's safe and has a very residential feeling combined with local stores.
Mayor buses lines pass through Cabrera street and Cordoba Avenue. It is very easy to get around by bus, and you will also have two mayor subway lines 4 or 5 blocks away from your door.
I can help you get to the apartment from the airport as well, there are some options depending with airport you are landing at. Let me know and I'll be happy to help you.
Other Things to Note
I love technology, and I'm happy to help my guests providing with any cables, chargers or adapters. I have most of them already at my house =) So feel free to ask
This is not the place you want to rent if you are planning to throw a party. The building is full of lovely neighbors, everyone is easy going but as most of them work very early on the morning, they need to rest at night. If you treat the apartment as your own house, and respect the quiet hours at night, you will have a great time here.
Diego definitely lived up to his self-proclaimed title of "best host ever"! Seriously one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Looking forward to returning to BsAs and hopefully staying at his place again.
Great place! Excellent location!
The neighborhood was nice and quiet, (Away from heavy traffic) yet easily accessible from Avenida Santa Fe or Córdoba. The place looks just as in the picture! Great place to wind down after sightseeing. Diego couldn't have been more helpful! He is definitely one of the best hosts I've seen. We didn't use all of the services available to us, but he was always checking up to see if we needed anything or could be of any help.
Would definitely stay here again.
After backpacking around Uruguay and Buenos Aires for 3 weeks, we decided to take our last week at Diegos studio. He was our 4th host during our trip, and by far the best one! He's so welcoming, gives you all the information you need and he genuinely cares about you as a guest! We were supposed to stay here for 6 days, but we were at this bad hotel so Diego asked us if we wanted to come one day earlier instead, and we were so grateful for that! The neighbourhood is very safe but VERY noisy, especially during the weekends so bring earplugs! The neighbours love loud music. As the studio itself, it looks just like in the pictures! Very clean and well equipped!
If you are questioning whether to book this unit, you may confidently proceed. In fact, booking with any of Diego's listings will prove a special treat. His attention to detail and preparation are unparalleled, not to mention impeccable communication. 5 star in every way.
I arrived very early (5am) to EZE and Diego was kind enough to receive me and my bags as I went exploring. Found my new favorite cafe, Doppios. (Go here for a strong cup and a soothing atmosphere.) Throughout my stay in the lovely, as - pictured flat, Diego was on hand with tips and ideas to make my first trip to BA exquisite. He was especially helpful sorting transportation to and from EZE. I cannot imagine what I would have missed out on had I chosen a hotel instead.
From booking through completion, I was confident and happy with my stay.
This was the best experience I've ever had with Airbnb. Diego went above and beyond in every single way. The apartment was in a great location -- we walked to our destinations every day. The apartment was very comfortable and just enough space for 2 people for 4 days. Every amenity was considered, including a bottle of water waiting for us when we arrived from the airport (LIFESAVER!). Diego was super attentive to all our needs and questions. We felt relaxed, at ease, comfortable, and trusting of his information and datos. I cannot say enough good about Diego and this property. One tiny detail for light sleepers: bring ear plugs. I had some trouble sleeping because of the outside noise that I wasn't used to, but it in no way was a game changer. I would still recommend this property and Diego 100%!
Diego fue extremadamente amable y nos dio muy buenos datos! El departamento es amplio y luminoso y esta muy bien ubicado. Todo impecable, nos sentimos como en casa. Muy linda y grata experiencia!!!
We stayed with Diego on our way in & out of Buenos Aires. He's a wonderful host, very professional & helpful. The apartment is very comfortable & has everything you need from 1 night to 1 month. Great location too!

About the Host, Diego
I've been living in Buenos Aires for almost 6 years now and can't get enough of the vibrant energy, culture and diversity it has to offer.
I LOVE travelling and I'm always planning my next trip. I use Airbnb a lot to meet locals and find great places to stay on my trips, and also to bring a little bit of the world to me as well.
As a guest and a host, I make every effort to be as respectful, accommodating, and friendly as possible, and I treat my guests as friends who are visiting me. I love meeting new people and exploring new places and will always do my best to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Oh! And I also like to try new coffee bean blends, as I'm sort of a coffee geek =)
If you feel sick, or you just need a shampoo, this is a conveniently located pharmacy.José Antonio Cabrera CF Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
This supermarket has premium brands. Its a little bit more expensive than the regular neighbourhood market but if you are looking for a great olive oil or imported scotch, youll find it here.Gallo CF Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
This the supermarket you want to go if you are in a budget. It has good meat, chicken, fruits, vegetables, cleaning and dairy products. Its small but youll get more with your argentine pesos.Gallo CF Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
This is a great place to have lunch at mid-day or dinner at night. Reasonble prices and good food. At 1am, the tables are gone and it turns into a great bar where you can dance and grab some drinks.Gallo CF Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
This more than a restaurant is a Parrilla. If you are not a vegetarian, you cant leave buenos aires without eating a Bife de chorizo here. Best meet everJosé Antonio Cabrera CF Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
