*** Please note: We live one block away from a large public housing project. ALL Airbnb apartments in this neighborhood are near it one way or another. It is not dangerous, and you'd have to really go out of your way to walk past it, but it IS an urban environment. However, we have lived here for ten years (we actually live upstairs from the Airbnb apartment with our toddler son.... don't worry, he sleeps through the night!), and have never felt unsafe. ***
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
No smoking anywhere on premises, INCLUDING back yard. This applies to traditional tobacco AND electronic cigarettes (vaping).
Please be courteous to our neighbors: No loud music or parties. Please refrain from talking loudly in the garden after 11pm.
Thanks very much!
About the Host, Zachary & Jody
We've called Boerum Hill our home since 2002. We love New York, Brooklyn, and especially this neighborhood, and are happily raising a family here.
We think staying in neighborhood places that Air BnB and other websites offer is much more interesting than staying in hotels—you get to meet local people, and that's the best part of traveling!
