Description

The space

New Construction upper level studio loft in Historic Hyde Park District. Travertine floors throughout, featuring a comfortable Queen bed with small closet for hanging clothes, dresser, and sitting area. Full Kitchen with stainless fridge and oven, microwave, coffee maker, spices and cookingware/utensils. Dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Smaller bathroom with corner shower and pedestal sink, includes all linens, shampoos, soaps and a hair dryer. Flat screen TV, with cable. WIFI, cable and all utilities included. Two private decks, and shared patio with outdoor gas fireplace, stainless gas grill and plenty of seating. There is access from the alley and from the street.

Guest access

**Shared access to outdoor patio with grill and plenty of seating.
**Cruiser bikes available on a first come/first serve basis. The patio on the front house is a "common" space for bike storage. There are a couple of new bikes and several vintage bikes available. I have been told the older bikes are not "functional" because they are old. We ride these bikes all the time and prefer them over the newer ones. However, I cannot guarantee the bikes will meet everyone's needs/tastes, so feel free to use if you wish as this is just something extra that we are happy to share with our guests. If bikes are a deal breaker for you there are many places local that you can rent a bike of your choice.
** BABY ITEMS available on request: portable high chair, pak n play, double bike trailer, and all terrain jog stroller. If you would like to guarantee use of any of these items please let me know ahead of time so they are available when you arrive!

Awesome little hideaway in Hyde Park..very walkable to the local restaurants. We rented a car and there was plenty of street parking. I like that there was plenty of room to hang clothes (hey, when you're a girl, this is a nice touch). Nice private spot and all lit up with lights in the center courtyard.

This loft is just as advertised, cozy and convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is eclectic and has many food, drink, and coffee options within a couple of blocks and downtown is a twenty minute walk or a ten minute bus ride. Great value!

Cozy loft! Has everything you need, and the location is perfect. Just a few minute walk to food, drinks, and hangouts. Or just a $6 uber to downtown. Amy was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Well kept, cute, close to a park. We walked to the downtown area each day which is a nice walk. I'd recommend a stay here. Enjoy your travels!

Outgoing, outdoorsy, stay at home mom and business owner. I love to travel and visit new places and love to meet new people. I have met and kept in touch with many new friends that have stayed in my homes. I cannot live without Running and Coffee!! I love entertaining, hiking with my girls and my yellow lab, running trails, mtn biking and riding cruiser bikes downtown for a glass of wine. It is very important to me to live in a great atmosphere in the heart of everything where you can build a community. I bought my 750 sq ft home in Boise so that I could be close to restaurants, bars, trails, downtown, and nightlife and enjoy a unique lifestyle that only the Northend has to offer. Hyde Park is a true neighborhood and the local eateries and shopping area will give you a feel at home vibe! Once you visit, you will understand! Our beach home in Pacific City also reflects the importance that we place on atmosphere and location being directly across form the beach and walking, biking distance to the local brewery. I try to make sure that my guests feel at home and they have access to the home as if it were there own. I appreciate courteous guests but expect them to fully utilize all of the amenities in the house. (ie: grill, patio, coffee, laundry, condiments, etc..)
