Immerse yourself in the magical world of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom and enjoy your stay at our tiny house, which is located in a fantastic shore location directly on the Peenestrom in Wolgast/Mahlzow - the gateway to the island of Usedom. You'll love the breathtaking view over the water and the hustle and bustle on and on the Peenestrom. Our tiny house is located in the first row and thus offers you direct access to the water, which gives you unforgettable moments.

The space
Witu Tiny House

The dimensions of the building from the outside are 3 x 5m, plus the terrace of 2 x 3m made of mahogany strips. The height of the cabin is 2.90 m. The gable window has a size of 84 x 200 cm and is made of insulated glass, which can be darkened from the inside with appropriate pleats over the entire glass surface.

The wedge stop - formwork of the outer skin is made of Siberian noise, the wall and floor surfaces are completely insulated, the exterior trim of the gable sides is made of Nordic spruce and has been flamed. The ornate outskirts are also made of mahogany and are made from one piece.

The power connection is ensured by an outdoor socket with 240V. This is equipped with a subdivision in the building with FI switch and electricity meter.

Inside, we have sockets with direct USB connection and led ceiling lighting. In the colder season, integrated underfloor heating ensures a pleasant temperature.

Durable laminate was used as the flooring. The bed frames are also made of ash wood and mahogany and have been equipped with an extra shelf. The opening size of the door with integrated light entrance is 90 x 190 cm.

Guest access
Key and chip
Upon your arrival you will receive a key for the Witu Tiny House as well as a chip that allows you access to the complex and kitchen. The key and chip will be handed to you in a secure key box with code that you will find right at the entrance gate. Please remember to return the key and chip to the lockbox when you leave.

Other things to note
Kitchen
In the left building there is a small kitchenette at your disposal, which is equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop, a kettle as well as cutlery and plates. There is also a sink to clean the dishes after the meal. To access the kitchen, you will need the enclosed chip, which has been stored in the key box.

Toilet / shower*
The sanitary facilities (toilets) can be found at the back of the right main building. If you are in front of the building, on the right side you will find the toilet for ladies and on the left side the toilet for men.
To use the showers* require the presence of a member of the rowing club. These are also located in the right main building and are usually accessible to you during the day. A towel is available to every guest for free.
